Best location, adjacent to the train station. Walkable to the main tourist attractions
Breakfast and location everything was great I will back in future for sure .
Great location, beautiful view.
Great location, right across the street from the train station. Wonderful view from 2 balconies. Easily walk to all sights. Safe area. Superb breakfast. You can store your luggage before check in.
Very near to the train station and walking distance to the historic centre. Excellent breakfast and staff!
Great location. Great room. Quiet. Housekeeping was done everyday on time. Very nice stay.
The stay was Great. Located across the street from the train station. Was easy to find. Checking in was fast and courteous. They have a large sitting room up on the 2nd floor with a bar. I took advantage of that after walking around all day.
Everything was great
Comfortable hotel next to the Santa Maria Novella train station. A short walk to the Duomo. Excellent staff
Great
First day our room was smelled really bad, second night someone tried to break into our room and the front desk reception tried to tell me I’m making it up this is at 11:00am-11:30pm the reception person was in on it he said he was the one knocking on the door and then I called the police and he then said he didn’t knock on the door… and I’m making stuff up. This is really bad. I will formally put in a complaint.
Pros; Location was great almost 10-15 minutes walk to the most main touristy locations. Right at the tram stop and 5 mins to the train station. Cons; Somehow rooms were in a poor condition. We've checked in to a room that toilet is not cleaned. Shower was probably leaking and we've seen small bathroom bugs thats happening due to humidty made us uncomfortable.
Grate Place and location
The hotel was central and next to the train station, but I did not hear trains or traffic.
Close to everything
N/A
Bathroom tub is awkward with no shower curtain or cover. Bathroom walls have mold growing on it. Hallways smelled like fecal matter
Was good and comfortable
Worst mattress I’ve ever slept on.
Friendly staff and attractive hotel, but the room they put us in had only a Murphy bed (folding). It was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on, and I spent 20 years in the military, so that is a pretty low bar.
Good location, great breakfast.
Great location and breakfast. the hotel is next to the train station. I got a single room (one double bed) and the room was spacious. Even though it’s next to the elevator, the room was quiet. It faces the back of the hotel, so no views but also no road noise. The bed was a little hard though. Breakfast was great. The room has air condition. The shower doors didn't close properly and water leaked on the bathroom floor (at least the shower had doors).
We stay on the fourth floor and the room next to ours room #447 got broken into. The passport of the husband and all his euros got stolen. There are not cameras and anyone can get access to all the floors, since the elevator don’t have security keys
Enjoyed our stay and very convenient to train station in Florence. Wonderful staff.
Property is nice, clean, and located in the right area.
Directly across from the train station made it very convenient. Very walkable to restaurants and shopping
Right across from the train station, nice hotel and room. Had an issue with the toilet running but was resolved right away.
2 nights - double room
Friendly staff, quick check in and out, good options at the breakfast, the room was cleanish, we had a sofa bed which was not comfortable, it was an ok stay and definitely not a 4 stars hotel.
The room we got had a weird odor and the bed sheet was molded. We requested new bed cover and the new bed sheets we got werent clean as well
There was a lot of noisy work being carried out near room , very noisy very poor
The hotel is across the street from the Central Train station- very convenient if you plan on riding around Firenze or other areas. The property was nice, and the staff was top of the line. I had packages shipped from the hotel with no issues. The only negative was there was a strong bleach smell through the whole building. And because it is across the street from the train station. There were people who appeared to be on drugs across the street.
The staff was so accommodating, informative and professional in all areas of this hotel. Location was perfect and will stay here again when I come back to Florence!! Thank you Nicole for your dining referrals and Marco for accommodating the room switch.
👍
The hotel is generally quite satisfactory. The worst feature is the lack of attention to cleanliness in the rooms. The best feature is the breakfast.
The location is very community directly in front of the train station to everywhere. The hotel was clean and was able to fit two people.
Great place to stay. Located near train station and all major attractions. Rooms are comfortable and no noises from the street.
Extremely small room and noisy area
The staff were wonderful. So was the bed, the view, and breakfast
Great staff and service. The room I stayed in had very minimal air conditioning that I had to shower and sleep with my towel to keep me cool during the summer heat. Balcony view was nice and it opens from the room and bathroom. The room itself is very small. Bathroom has some tiny bugs along the wall and sink. Which made me cautious of my things.
It’s the most convenient location and the staff is very friendly
Great experience in naples, safe hotel and rooms are clean with beautiful ocean views
👍
Thank you for kindness and service!
The service was terrible, we asked for the iron to be sent to the room and had to wait for an hour and call them again. The smell in the room was disgusting( seemed like chemical cleaning supplies), we stayed one night and were super tired to ask to move us to another room. Shower and sink were clogged and the water was overflowing when we were washing or taking shower.
property needs to be updated for a 4 star.
Un bon choix pratique et économique
Le staff était vraiment sympathique et courtois L’hôtel est beau et les chambre confortable ! Et l’hôtel est juste en face de la gare à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville et des monuments incontournables
Extremely close to the Metro, restaurants and shopping area. Check in was easy and the staff was well mannered.
Great location nice hotel. The only complaint I have is that our room had a foul smell. it smelled like sewage. We did complain with the front desk to see if they had another room available but the hotel was sold out. They sprayed some deodorant but it didn’t help.
Great location to everywhere. Clean rooms and nice staff.
Last minute decision to stay overnight in Florence and booked hotel because of proximity to train station. Loud until 3am. Mattress not comfortable.
Thanks
Location is perfect for next to a railway station and near all major sightseeing points. For travelers who want to use train to travel Italy this is the one hotel they should consider first. Besides the staff try their best efforts to meet all reasonable demands from the guests.
Upgrades
Great experience. They upgraded my room at no extra cost and I enjoyed a steamy jet bath. After I checked out in the morning they kindly held my bag until the end of the day, allowing me to explore Florence unencumbered. The location is super convenient for the train station. I would definitely stay here again on another trip to Florence.
If you’re coming from a colder region Id suggest avoiding this hotel in the summer. We were initially assigned a room without a working AC. When we told the hotel the person who came to check gaslighted us and kept saying it should be cooling down. Safe to say we didn't sleep that night as it was peak July and the temperatures outside were in the 30s. The next morning we spoke to the hotel again and they sent someone who confirmed the AC in the room in fact was not working. At that point we were given a change of room with a working AC however working might be a loose term as it was acting more like a dehumidifier. It did get cooler at night once the temperature outside started falling. Except for that first night overall it was a pleasant stay. The staff were kind and spoke good English. Convenient location as well being right next to the station.
Large hotel with easy transportation and amazing helpful staff!
Nice hotel! Really close to the train station, and close enough to all major attractions. Staff were very nice. Clean room. Very large rooms. Overall highly recommended
Convenient location, next to train station and historic area. Clean and quiet rooms.
I still give it a five tho I rate four star on the comfortness. The room is a little warm, I reported to the front desk, they sent someone right away to fix it but still not that cold or maybe bc I am used to super cold weather. Overall a nice hotel to stay in. I would definitely book in this hotel again.
beautiful hotel and people serving and working there unfortunately the area outside the hotel is extremely salubrious being right next to the train station and late at night it can be very busy. very threatening and very dirty smelly and scruffy. the only thing I could recommend is for the hotel to petition the city to clean up the area outside the station and not allow hordes of people to be living there
Very run down, mould in rooms and dirty shower. Good location
Regular
Desayuno buenisimo
The staff was very pleasant. AC in 501 was not good, I asked both nights for help and nobody came . Mattress and pillows very old and uncomfortable. Location was good and shower was wonderful, great fixture with strong spray. An oddity in Europe. I would not return without further upgrades, slept poorly both nights due to warm room and bad mattress
Awsome property and awesome staff
Best location for me because I wanted to be close to transportation shopping and restaurants and this hotel had it all
Best location. Good hospitality and aftercare services.
Lovely
Hotel is awesome but surrounding area is not so good.
Perfect location by train station, room was wonderful including balcony.
Next to train station. Not luxury but clean, spacious rooms.
I spent 3 nights at the c-hotels Ambasicatori while visiting Florence to see the MotoGP event in Mugello. The hotel is right next to the train station, which makes it pretty convenient to everything in Florence. City is small and walkable. Checking was nice and staff let me check in early as i was traveling from the US. I got a room with a nice balcony overlooking the main train station. The area is active and noisy. This is not anything to do with the hotel. The room is quiet considering the activity in the area. Staff was pleasant and helpful for all my questions. I had a drink at the bar and breakfast one day. Both were good experiences. Thanks for a good stay!
Great location adjacent to the train station and an excellent breakfast
Solid, basic hotel.
Clean, comfortable beds. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location is perfect if you need to be close to train station (lots of luggage?). The lighting was a bit dim in the bathroom and bedroom and made it hard to see to put on makeup. Lack of charging ports. No extra seating in the room made it hard to sit and relax without being in bed. Walkable distances to all major sites. We do not spend too much time in our hotels anyway but if you want more comfortable space in general, perhaps another would better suit your needs. Nice lounge to sit and relax. Would stay again.
Great hotel with convenient location
The hotel is right by the train station. The place was modern and clean. Checking in was easy and very polite, the bar staff rooming cleaning members were very nice. Decent size room and bathroom, the bathroom at times had a very weird odor. Overall really central location and nice stay. We would stay there again.
Convenient to train station to travel to and from other cities. Very walkable to popular destinations in Florence.
Hotel is located across the main train station and walkable to every major attractions. Very convenient, clean and serviable.
Nice hotel!
Very well located hotel. Easy walking to everything. Super convenient to train station. Felt safe with high pedestrian volume and police station across street. Staff very friendly— super nice. Only negative is that room needs more storage for clothes.
The bes was very comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of choices. Great location.
The area is convenient it's right beside the train station. The rooms have terrible sound proofing. You can hear other guests flush their toilet and sometimes you can hear them speaking. The staff seemed indifferent and
Not a great living experience!
Rooms were having a weird different smell and I could hear other room residents shouting yelling fighting . Room that I got was not worth the price. It was tiny bed wasn’t aligned well.
Located across the train station and next to a great steakhouse. Perfect for my one day in town.
You can walk all around the main areas, no need any taxis
Great place to stay in Florence if you are dong a short trip. Across the street from train station.
Super Convenient to Station
We arrived late morning and hotel was able to check us in early (very unexpected). Hotel was very large but lobby small and congested. Elevators to upper floors were always busy and some wait involved. Room was as advertised, small but clean. Convenient and a good value.
The hotel is very well located, right in front of the train station. However it was really warm in the hallway and in the room. It's like you were given false hope of control over the thermostat. I believe that it is central heating. I turned off many times however it was still very hot in the room and we were both bleeding from out noses the next morning. The sugar left in the room already passed its expiring date.
Worst hotel I have ever been in my entire life
Close to the Duomo, friendly staff, however this hotel is not 4 stars, more like 3, also it is very noisy 24hrs and it’s literally impossible to sleep. What is worse the temperature in the room is kept at a crazy level of heat (probably 28 Celsius) and it cannot be turned down which makes the night extremely uncomfortable, this is probably done to suit the army of Malaysian guests that constantly comes and go at all hrs. The main reception feels like a cheap youth hostel and is it crowded by messy travelers, think of the Florence central station. Worst hotel I have ever been in my entire life, including all the budget places in my teens.
Excellent…
Clean, Great Service, Great Food, Beautiful…
Bed was actually the worst ever, so hard and the pillows were very hard too. The view from the room was really cool and it was a big room which was nice! The stairs and lifts were confusing and I didn’t understand the layout of the hotel at all.
Great location
Hotel is very nice and clean however our bathroom was very tired looking and needed some work.
Walkable close to everything, easy parking
Perfect location -right across the street from the train station. Great room with a view of the Duomo
Convenience. Next to train station.but room face to street a little noisy.bedide that other facilities are good.
샤워장 배수가 잘 안됨, 슬리퍼도 없음 칫솔도 없음
Located near the main train station it is near the center of all attractions
All nice. But the aircon were old and sometimes noisy. I can also hear someone opening door. It might be next door but it is bothering.
Great location 5 min walk to Big Ben and the Abbey. Nice staff, great breakfast, and nice sized roon
Good location, near train station.
I told the front desk about the overhead vent dripping water on floor from b3d to bathroom. We went to the bathroom during the night and slipped on wet floor. We placed towel over the area to get to bathroom without slipping. Breakfast and breakfast staff the best Break
Our stay here was pleasant, and for what we needed it to be (just a one night stop over) it was great - but I felt a little misled by photos. This hotel seemed modern, clean, updated, but upon checking in to the hotel and our room, it was evident that this property isn’t in the best of shape. Many stains on walls, furniture, etc. with large dents on counters & flooring. While the hotel is conveniently located, it’s not in a great part of town - so would be mindful if staying here & walking around at night.
The hotel itself is nice. The rooms are a bit small - but to be expected in Florence. The location is right across from the train station where a lot of unruly behaviour happens. I didn't feel safe walking at night. The hotel was clean but had a bit of a smell that hit you once you enter the hotel and in your room. It was more of a street sewer smell rather than cleanliness. The hotel staff were great. The breakfast had lots of options. One staff in particular - Angelica - was absolutely wonderful. She was authentically kind and sweet. She made us the best cappuccino every morning as well as freshly squeezed orange juice. She also put cool patterns on it with chocolate drizzle. In terms of the hotel, I would not return - only because of the proximity to the train station. If you don't mind having that time of rift raft around, then the location is great otherwise. It is within walking distance to all main attractions.
Ok
Close to attractions.

COLD
Thestaff was friendly but the room was very cold as there was no heating
