Normal with the price.
We stayed on the second floor and while walking around our floor kept creeping. At one point, I thought I was gonna fall through. I will find another place if in the area again.
It was confusing to know which part of Ruby’s Inn I was booking since there are several different hotels all a part of it. The Bryce View Lodge was the older part across the street from the lodge. The heater was very loud and kept my whole family from sleeping well. The room was clean and beds were soft. The line for breakfast at 8:30 was sooooo long because all the people from many hotels eat there! It went through the large lobby into the gift shop.
The cost is way too expensive for the room. The room is super basic. The breakfast was very good and decent amount of varieties. The location is extremely convenient to the park and we were able to go back-and-forth a couple of times from the room and it didn't feel like a big deal
Fine for a couple nights at Bryce.
The room was perfectly adequate and had a fridge, microwave free wifi and basically anything you need.
Better than expected
It was the perfect location to get to the park with ease!
Affordable price including breakfast , great access to Bryce canyon national park.
Nice affordable stay near Bryce Canyon NP
Rooms are clean and good. Had a pleasant stay. After hours check-in, is at the Best Western property next door. They give you coupons for Breakfast at the Ruby's Inn which had great variety and was very good.
Very clean and easy check in.
The breakfast is very good and it is very convenient to visit the national park.
Stayed 1 night while on a 10 day road trip. Had to checkin at its main property (Best Western Plus Bryce Canyon Grand Hotel) which was not an issue as its on same property as this lodge. This was value for money and best part was they provided breakfast coupons for their other inn (Best Western Plus Ruby's Inn). Overall good for a night stay as a layover before moving on to our next destination.
Was a nice stay close to the park entrance. Room was ok ( don't expect too much, was basic), breakfast was good and complimentary. Stayed for a night.
Bryce Nat Park was the highlight of the holiday but the lack of a bar anywhere when we arrived was disappointing. We could only get either a can of beer from the store or order a meal in the restauraunt. This might be something to do with Utah licensing laws but after a long drive from Grand Canyon I was a bit put out. Otherwise a good stay and the breakfasts at Ebeneezer’s were OK.
Nice rooms, good breakfast
Convenient location for Bryce but motel accommodation (although warm) was rather tired, and resembled a housing estate, check-in staff had nil customer service skills, no bookable activities were available for our stay. Windows of our room seemed not to have been cleaned all season and the seal had gone. That said we were warm, there was plenty of hot water and the towels were fluffy.
Thought the booking was for the Ruby’s Inn Resort but it’s a secondary hotel that isn’t near the quality of Rubys Inn.
Room layout was a little tight for the size of the room. We had to move a bed to make the bathroom area more accessible. Continental breakfast offered hot foods. The Ruby's Inn Cowboy's Buffet & Steak Room was excellent!!
Bryce view lodge was closed due to low occupancy so we were upgraded to best western ruby’s inn (parent hotel) but there was no prior communication that this was happening. There was no problem checking in to BW Ruby’s Inn though. Breakfast was great and included.
Everything and more right in the Lodge!
It was a good place to rest our heads for 2 nights. It was a little noisy in the mornings, as people were leaving and doors were closing. The breakfast is at Ebenezer's, which is on the property. It's quite basic, but fills a hole.
Nice place
Great location when visiting Bryce National Park.
Perfect location
Very convenient to our visit to Bryce NP. The cleaning staff were very nice and friendly.
Decent stay for Bryce Canyon as it's really close to the entrance.
Very convenient to Bryce NP. Staff allowed us to check in early.
X
We would recommend and stay here again. The room was clean, and quiet. The breakfast the next morning was delicious!
We only had an overnight stay. Wish we could have more time to explore the area
There was no drain from the faucet. Water from the faucet was not clear.
The room was ok, nothing fancy but clean. Just like a regular motel room. They have breakfast included which is nice because there are not many places to go eat in town.
It was reasonable
Did not spend the second night since power was out and temperature was 25°
Older property. The bathroom floor creaked so much that I felt bad for the guests in the first floor room below. It was conveniently located on the shuttle route for the park. And restaurant was a short walk away. It was fine for a quick visit to Bryce.
The room was small, the bedding uncomfortable, & the shower weak. Because the only restaurants within walking distance had wait times, we drove 10 minutes for dinner. The breakfast buffet had powdered eggs. The experience was as disappointing as Bryce itself was beautiful.
Good, pretty normal room. Easy to walk to breakfast. Had a good supper at Ruby's Inn.
Very good
Great breakfast. Couldn’t get parking outside of our room which was inconvenient.
It's close to the bryce Canyon park but the property is old and not quite clean
Just what we needed after a day in the park. Comfortable room, quiet and rejuvenated us for the next day of adventure in the beautiful southern Utah.
The room was clean and met our needs. However, this is an older 3 star place at best. It had good WiFi, a nice TV, a basic fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable and the room AC worked well. The bathroom was small and could use a few hooks to hang towels. A night light would make getting to the bathroom easier without waking others. Also, the addition of some usb charger ports would be nice. Honestly, for the money it is a reasonable value for a good night’s sleep.
Great place to stay
Very accommodating as we arrived early snd were able to give us a room early.
Tired
Accommodations were a little tired abd run down. Definitely showing its age. Feels like it needs a good cleaning, carpet paint etc
Very old and in need of a complete rebuild. Not worth the $$$ we paid.
Average hotel. Nothing fancy. Breakfast buffet was not great.
Excellent rooms and location
Property is a bit rundown. Room was small but clean enough. Layout of room was a bit strange.
Great location and good breakfast.
Motel is a good deal for the price. Only issue was that the facet water is murky white when coming out. Seems murkiness clears up if let water sit. But something wrong with it. We didn’t drink it as a result
Great price for the location
Mediocre property
Out of line price wise. Would not visit again.
Friendly staff checking in. You get what u pay for. Room was clean. Towels
Its a pretty standard motel in the right location for easy access to Bryce Canyon National Park at a reasonable price.
Worst shower ever
Great location, good free breakfast with eggs and sausage, the worst part of this stay was the shower. The water pressure is terrible and the water keeps switching from scalding to cold, no matter what you do. The others we talked to in our group all had the same complaint
Reasonably priced place to stay near Bryce Canyon National Park.
Perfect
The motel is older and the bathroom floor creaked so much that it probably disturbed the folks in the room below. The breakfast was ok. The motel was on the shuttle stop so that was a positive.
It is convenient to the entrance of the Park
I expressed to the front dedk my concern over the high pet fee( $30 per night)
Very central place to stay. Quiet and convenient and great breakfast option. Be try close to Bryce Canyon np
The Bryce View Lodge overbooked their accommodation so moved us to the Bryce Canyon Resort. This on the face of it was ok as it was the same price and same room type and breakfast included. However, on checking in I was advised we had to pay a further $14.99 to cover breakfast. I showed them my email correspondence to show it was already covered, but to no avail. It isn’t very much money, but it was more the principle. The room was OK and better than the exterior of the property would have you think. Breakfast in the end was pretty mediocre. Would I stay here again, probably not.
Good value for the price and the location was very close to the park.
All good, very satisfied
this property definitely worth the money, it is very clean and looks like newly renovated, the room is very bright and which I like it too.
The only negative was that the hot water ran out after one shower!! Otherwise it was great!! The complimentary breakfast was excellent!! A lot of choice - hot and cold fare to suit any palate.
Limited hot water, and thin walls. We stayed only 1 night checking in late evening and checking out early morning. Comfortably enough for a quick sleep.
Doors of the room and bathroom are hard to open and close. the room is too small and crowded due to the presence of 2 big chairs but overall we are satisfied to our overnight stay.
Great Breakfast
The best part was the free breakfast. They had both hot and cold and the staff was constantly replenishing everything.
Bed was fine. The rest of the room was ok vs cost. Would stay again for the price.
Wasn't sure the bottom sheet was fresh on one bed since it was way more wrinkly than the top sheet. Didn't realize that one has to put the "please clean room" tag on the door and therefore didn't get any service. Usually those tags are for "do not disturbe" and so we didn't look at it. Very sad to make it vise versa from everybody else. Finding that tiny check-in building among all the big buildings wasn't easy and we were first at the wrong place. Never happened to us before.
Part of the Ruby's owned city of Bryce City. Even so, they basically have a monopoly on everything lodging, gas stations, horse rides, and food near Bryce, their prices are reasonable. Only other choice would be the expensive lodge in the park. Clean, quiet, reasonable priced, and a free breakfast. Win. Highly recommend.
The lodge is actually a motel. It's clean and comfortable. My room had two beds and the room was a bit cramped. Bryce City is quite small but had everything that I needed -- restaurants, souvenir shops. Bryce Canyon (just 2 miles away) has a shuttle that picks you up near the motel. I would stay here again.
Pretty good!
I've been here a few times. Since I fly my own aircraft to Bryce canyon airport. Transportation to and from the airport is no fee. Hotel is older but clean room. Ok Free breakfast. Jon Las Vegas
Very clean rooms even the deco is dated. Breakfast was included. I felt better in this lodge than in other more expensive places. Good value for money.
We liked our stay for one night. It needs some updates since the furniture and the floor is a bit old. Otherwise it was a great stay.
Cheap and cheerful - I’d stay at best Western next time
Very old but kept up. Nice breakfast complementary Wish they offered a small refrigerator
Took sometime for the shower to get warm water.
Squeaky floor
Great location for Bryce Canyon
Nice breakfast and location.
Excellent service and staff members.
Great location for Bryce canyon but def high priced services.
Only a few minutes from Bryce. You can also catch the shuttle right nearby. The breakfast was good with hot food options.
Rooms are clean and spacious and breakfast was good with good ambience.
Clean rooms and accessible from parking. Breakfast at nearby restaurant. Basic room.
We has a nice spaceous roomat this property. As well everything seemed clean so it felt like home right away. We especially loved the breakfast buffet offering a good variety of food ans drinks! We would stay here again!
Great hotel for the price. Ruby inn owns everything in Bryce Canyon town. They are all the same and share amenities.
The area is super tacky and like being at a run down yet overpriced amusement park.
Perfect location for Bryce Canyon. Everything we needed was within walking distance. We’ll be staying here again!
the beds were to soft as were the pillows
Good
The indoor pool and hot tub were very crowded and unappealing. We drove to the campground which is part of the Ruby’s Inn complex but it too was overly crowded including the hot tub. We just sat in a lounge chair for an hour and then left
My room was very clean, then the other place we stayed in. Staff were very helpful and if we needed anything. Housekeeping was great and very nice, it felt good for someone to see us and talk with us.
EXCELLENT BREAKFAST
Excellent BREAKFAST!!
Old facilities, room is small, staff is so-so
