Wonderful location friendly staff

The best compliment I can say is the rooms a room actually look like the advertised pictures. They are spacious, clean and views were amazing. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Plenty of malls, grocery, convience stores within walking distance and various food spots. The location is within 3-8 miles of the various palaces and nightlife but far enough away to avoid the congestion.

Every thing in the room worked properly, the TV, the fridge, the A/C and the rest of the appliances and services. Internet connection was fairly strong everywhere within the hotel including the gym and the far side of the pool. Everywhere inside the hotel was clean and well kept. Except for the bread, the breakfast was tasty, colorful, nutritious and decently varied without feeling excessive. Coffee and drinks were a good pair with the meal. Gym was Well equipped and everything works, swimming pool allows for swimming, clean and apparently well maintained. Stuff friendly and helpful. I’m struggling to find a “but”, but it was a really satisfying staying. All in all we spend a relaxing week at the Bliston, my 12years old daughter shares my thoughts.

The Bliston Suwan Park View is a well positioned hotel, close to the MTR and plenty of ahopping and eateries not far away. If you want it all at your doorstep, may not be the place for you, but if you do not mind walking a short distance with the benefit of a hotel on a quiet road, this ia a hidden little gem.We really enjoyed our stay at the Bliston.

Walking distance to bts chidlom station Malls just nearby.. Location is v convenient.. Although the room is old, it is spacious with full kitchenette and. washing machine. Our washer broke down and the technician came within 15min n replaced another one! Impressed with quick service recovery! Highly recomended... Will definately choose this property for my nx bangkok trip!

Very spacious for the price

Nice stay but painfull nights

The overall experience was pretty good. The matress is pretty firm so I asked the next morning if they have a topper to make it softer and they did after that it was very good. One thing I did not like was the noise during the night. The crazy tok tok driver were sometimes crazy loud and the windows of the hotel were not really tight, that was a clear minus.

Great hotel, would definitely stay here again

All of the staff were simply amazing. The room was beyond expectations, super clean, comfortable, and large. The location is perfect for shopping and easy access to taxis or the train. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. I highly recommend this hotel.

Property is conveniently located, the rooms are spacious, and the gym is excellent. The room decor is slightly dated and could use a rennovation. However, overall the property and service are excellent.

Nice central location for shopping, busy in the afternoons so transport can be tricky. We booked a deluxe two bedroom which looked beautiful in the photos but when we arrived we were ‘upgraded’ to a premium two bedroom which looked nothing like any photos and quite old and worn. The beds were comfy, sheets clean, shower pressure okay, very convenient to have a washer dryer. Had dinner one night onsite and the food was okay, not great. The breakfast was nice enough with a good range of options. Had to pay for a bucket of ice, which was a bit strange and cost as much as a bag of ice in Australia, but was grateful the option was there. The pool was good size for city hotel, quite cool as it’s shaded by the surrounding buildings for most of the day, and very refreshing after being out in the sun. The hotel staff were lovely and very accommodating.

The apartment was clean and tidy. However one of the bed mattress felt itchy despite request for change of bedsheets. Overall, very friendly customer service and housekeeper tidy up room very clean! Is walk abt 7 mins to Chit Lom BTS or Ploenchit BTS. Chit Lom BTS is most convenient as there is Centralworld, GAYSORN and Big C supermarket.

Great experience

Very clean , home from home.

Stayed in this hotel for the second half of our holiday for ease of access to travel links and shopping areas. The hotel was very clean with large size suites. The balcony had beautiful views over the park next to the hotel and was very pleasant first thing in the morning before the traffic got too hectic. The suite had the added bonus of having a washing machine which allowed us to ensure all our clothes were cleaned prior to going home. The staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival, during our stay and on departure.

Great botique hotel in posh neighbourhood

A fantastic hotel opposite the very fancy embassy central mall. Lovely, professional staff & excellent suites. Walking distance to Nana area. Will definitely recommend this hotel, will suit families as well as there are suites and they have every amenity, the washer dryer was excellent.

It was only a 3 minute walk to BTS station. 5minute walk to central world shopping centre, breakfast was excellent and all the staff were very helpful had a wonderful 4 night stay will be back.

Feels like a five star. Was big rooms. And they included a kitchen.

It was good hotel to stay

Situated close to the Chitlom BTS station, travel via the sky train and taxis is very convenient. The newly renovated 2-bedroom suite we stayed in was well-equipped and spacious, perfect for families with kids. Housekeeping services were excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel environment is family-friendly, making it a great stay for those with children.

I booked prestige room and loved it. The room is freshly rejuvenated and comes with large fridge and washing machine. All facilities are nice (restaurants, pool, gym). The breakfast is various and delicious. For 3 nights I stayed, they changed the Asian menu every day. The staffs are polite and helpful especially the door man. He is always greet everyone kindly. The location is perfect. Very close to malls and bts station.

Excellent stay

Good for family travel as a suite hotel with a washer and separate bedroom. FYI, your clothes will be damp so you will need to air dry them. There were lots of dining options within a 5 minute walk including street food. This hotel was one of the best BKK hotels we have stayed in. A 10 minute walk to the Chid Lom BTS skytrain, a 15-20 minute walk to Central World mega-mall and Big C grocery (kinda like a big Walmart). The breakfast had Thai and Western options and was A . The only downside was the super dirty white carpet when you enter the lobby. When I first arrived I was concerned about the quality of the hotel but it turns out that was the only flaw.

Great stay and would come back again. The apartment was much bigger than expected and was very spacious with modern and relaxed decor. We were also impressed by the cleanliness and were pleasantly surprised to find that the cleaners even did our washing up!! Additionally, the location was great as very near BTS and bus stops so could easily travel around the city. No complaints and would highly recommend.

Great location near the BTS station and lots of shops and restaurants. The room itself was relatively clean but there were stains on the carpet and the living area could do with some decor. The bathroom was great and it was nice to have a kitchen and washing machine. Pool was lovely. Breakfast was good and had nice variety although the quality of the cooked food could be improved.

What a nice experience at the Bliston. Great place to start our trip to Thailand. Nice area , Professional staff. Exceeded our expectations for room and visit. Only disappointment was Bliston was booked full on our return to Bangkok at the end of our trip. Next time to Thailand we will visit again.

This is a lovely property close to a large park for walking and shopping and restaurants nearby. We had a platinum room with kitchen and large lounging area. Unfortunately the bed was very hard and caused us pain and as well there was no hot water for showers. We enjoyed the breakfasts as well as dining at Artur

Excellent location. Large open clean accommodation. Renovated bathroom. Only suggestion is that it needs better lighting in the common areas, and the apartment was a little dated.

Great hotel

Great place, very spacious, washing machine, comfy bed, location perfect.

Centrally located, it is just a short walk to train station and Central Embassy. Apartment was very clean and well maintained even tho it is 10 years old. Every morning we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with enough varieties to satisfy our palate!

A great place to stay in Bangkok

We stayed at this hotel during a long layover, while waiting for a visa for our next destination. The staff (especially To-To) was so kind and helpful. They gave us recommendations for places to see and places to eat, helped us with taxis, and were so friendly. The hotel is very pretty, impeccably clean, and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Like other said, it convenient location, very close to Siam square with all the malls, short walk to the BTS Chit Lom. In the street before the BTS there are many convenient store 24/7, pharmacy, massage... and if you feel hungry after midnight, there is a McDonald as well. The hotel has a nice lobby, the front desk staff speak good english. The room we had was on the 20th floor. It's not new renovation but it's spacious and clean.

Great choice in CBD

I really thought the Platinum Suite was terrific! Great space,looked nice bed was comfortable and bathroom not perfect but certainly good enough (shower was a little tight). Location is excellent: quiet and central. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to please. Breakfasts are adequate,nothing special but great coffee machine and their omelettes were very nice

It was highly amenable and in a great location near everything.

Rooms are in good conditions with top cleanliness. We booked three rooms in this trip. However, the air conditioning is too cool for two rooms and too warm for the remaining one, even we turned to the same degree. Easy access to good restaurants and shopping malls by walking.

the toilet in our room couldnt flush properly. the maintenance staff tried to fix it several times but apparently they forced the waste away without actually fixing it. its frustrating and we requested to change to another room. we finally changed to another room on the 3rd day with a properly functioning toilet. other than the toilet issue, everything with the hotel is fine. staff are friendly and helpful. room is spacious. convenient location.

excellent service and location. However, the room i stayed had aging air-conditioning units and an inconsistent hot water heater for the shower (even after maintenance staff adjusted the heater).

Nice location

I stayed in 18th floor and the shower water is so weak to take a nice shower. Except this, everything is great. Nice staff and near to two STB stations.

Perfect for walking around chidlom / pleonchit and BTS . I booked the Platinum apartment -it was well appointed even with a washing machine that I did not need to use as their laundry service was very good.The staff were very friendly and helpful with all my requests.

It was a nice hotel that provided a delicious and healthy breakfast and professional and friendly service. Hotel employees were helpful and excellent. We selected this hotel because of its location near a Skytrain Station. Thank you for a huge room with a nice view. However, it was not easy to get a taxi. It was strange that the hotel held 2500 bahts from our credit card and told us that it would be returned to our credit card in 2 weeks. Other big hotels hold our credit card information without any withdrawal of our money.

Amazing... between nana and central world. 7-8 min walk to each ,very welcoming staff, they upgraded us to one bed room suite which was bigger than my condo :) They very well managed the meter taxi for ıs to airport which was on time Suite was very clean and got all stuff you need in an apartment Breakfast was good for thai standard Overall was perfect stay,

Dirty and loud

Room was dirty and the propert itself was being renovated (lots of noise). Was not informed of the work being done before my stay. Staff was ok, but I didn’t feel like anyone was terribly concerned with my time spent at the facility. The washing machine almost ruined some of my clothes. And, the hotel has an open sewer running along the front of it. Other than that - it was fine.

Overall is very good, except the previous guest smoke in the room.

Great location, great value

Great location within 5 minutes walk of the Chit Lom and Phloen Chit BTS stations. On a side street so it was peaceful when we wanted to escape the crowds. This is a serviced apartment that came with a bedroom, living room, and fully equipped mini kitchen. Our room was older but very well maintained and clean.

Nice room but terrible wifi connection

We paid for a room that supposingly comes with wifi connection in the living room (only), however the connection was terrible and very unstable. No connection in the room, obviously. We ended up using our own pocket wifi throughout our 3 nights stay. Breakfast was good with reasonable varieties that changed every other day. Front desk personnel were polite and eager to help. Probably the locals don't fancy getting to places on foot, everywhere we could reach on foot within 15 min breeze walk, were very far and cannot be reached by foot for them. Hence, they strongly suggested taxi/cab without appreciating the terrible and extremely congested traffic in town. Also, their familiarity of malls locations are very lacking, including those within 15 min walk from hotel.

Had a lovely stay, 2 things to note whilst I was in Room 1503, Shower water pressure was bit low. Wifi cuts off intermittently and require to re-login.
