TravellerA cute little studio in a great location within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and Seine. A little tired, but had everything we needed. Lower rating as there was building work going on so we had builders from 8am making noise, walking by, rubble covering the velux windows and hallway, and we had to keep the curtains drawn - I don’t recall this being mentioned in the particulars or emails.
TravellerThis is a small European style efficiency apartment. Small cooking area. No casual seating. This is a good property with an excellent location. We usually stay in the Rue Cler neighborhood and this is very close. You can walk to many of the museums and attractions. The Eiffel Tower is about a fifteen minute walk. Many good restaurants within easy walking distance. No elevator, you self check-in and you communicate with the property manager via cell phone. Property was as advertised, clean and equipped for small cooking. The laundry room was clean and there is no charge for the machines. Would I recommend this to a friend, yes. We are seniors, I'm 75 and it is a walk-up and we travel with a 50 lbs. rolling duffel bag and two backpacks. Stairwell is small and circular. However the bag only needs to go up once. I found this to be as advertised and I would rent here again.
