The property pool and BBQ area where monopolized by the owner / managers family and friend. We where not able to use these facilities. We requested extra toilet paper and were hand 3 rolls of mostly used rolls. I found this disgusting and very unhygienic.

Everything was fine except they left me the key to the wrong apartment in the safe - so I was trying to get into the wrong accommodation. Not great when you’ve been traveling.

Very nice apartment everything you need is there even your own sun lounge. The staff were so helpful and friendly . It’s Easy to walk to the beach and to the Supermarket and there’s plenty of places to done and shop Beaches are beautiful and the sea life centre is only a stoll away. The area is a tad noisy at night due to traffic and building work but once accustomed to it ,it’s fine A lovely stay and I will miss it.

The Management and staff are focused on customer service and satisfaction. Great experience.

The rooms were very clean and tidy, it’s an older property but very well maintained and beautiful gardens everywhere. Close to beach and restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay with Claire again

It’s a little Gem. Clean, tidy, quiet and simply lovely. Just one block back from the restaurant's, cafes, pubs and beach, but far enough to be quiet. Just a short walk to Coles and friendly helpful staff

Great stay

Good for short stay, but improvements are needed.

The property was very neat and clean. It was an overnight stay to experience my first time in Mooloolaba. The property is just minutes away from all ameneties - Beach, Subway, Dominos, BWS, heaps of restaurants and a seven 11. Issues - The property says the rooms are air conditoned; however; precisely there was a single air conditioner for the entire unit - on top of the entrance door (living room) which eventually took a while to cool the temperature in the bedroom. Another important thing - there should be clear instructions regarding the after hours entrance to the building - as the entrance from the reception closes after working hours, and without any clear information it is not easy to locate the door to enter the building after office working hours.

I love how close this property is to the beach, shops, restaurants and wharf area. So handy for early morning beach walks and coffee. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and airy.

Rita and Wesley were fabulous! Great communication and very understanding when we got it wrong. Comfortable accommodation and very clean. Very quiet and lovely pool.

It was nice, a good layout, plenty of space and fantastic location. Will be staying again.

Our stay was great, room was clean. Kitchen and bathroom have been renovated really well. Only downfall was that the room is very bright during the night which made it difficult for us to have a good night sleep

It is well kept with all the utilities you need readily available. The apartment could do with a refresh however welcoming.

The property is really well located and the communication and service is excellent. Lovely to arrive and have my shopping all put away for me. The apratment had everything that you would require. Unfortunately - I had to cut my stay short due to injury but will definitely be back.

Location

Great location with everything you need within a short walk. The property is perfectly suited for a couple...it has everything you need.

I was not told that there was road construction right out the front of the property. There was no lift and the stairs were dark and unsafe. Parking was terrible. The property needs an update and it was not clean inside.

No hot water in the shower in the morning. Poor check out before hours - nowhere to leave keys but on front counter…unsafe. Had to walk around the whole block to get to the exit after dropping off the keys. Never stay here again. Told them what was wrong and they did nothing about it. They didn’t care

Great location, very clean and quiet

We were so thankful for the people at Beachside, we had been unable to get into our home due to floods & power outages & then I accidentally made the reservation for the wrong month however they were very understanding & managed to get us 2 rooms anyway for one night. The rooms were very nice & comfortable & clean😃

Found this last minute as we had to stay extra time at the Sunshine Coast due to the flooding. Very convenient, great to have a washer/dryer in the wet weather, & convenient to amenities at Mooloolaba. Would stay here again.

Great location

Lovely setting

Located within an easy stroll to beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and well presented, with everything needed, and a lovely large balcony overlooking the pool. Undercover parking was a definite plus, as was the provision of a washing machine and dryer in the apartment.

It was a nice place but it was a fair distance from the beach, shops and cafes.The parking was limited and quite small for larger cars. There were no lifts. Internet was slow.

The apartment had everything we needed for a 9 night stay. It is close to restaurants, the beach and attractions. The enclosed pool area is neat, well-kept and tropical.

Was expecting a little more. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The appartment was confortable and of good size. Very good location and with undercover car park which is a plus. However, the toolet in our room had not been cleaned, hair feom former hosts was all over the place around toilet bowl, shower, sink and floor to the point we went to shops to buy clorine and clean ourselfs. It may have been a distraction as the redt of the appartment was clean and we did not report it, we felt we better don it ourselves. Even so, we would stay there again providing everything is clean.

Clean property. Met our requirements for 2 nights. Wesley was extremely friendly and helpful. Short stroll to everything you could possibly need.

Beachside Mooloolaba was in a great location and was always nice and quiet.

So central to everything Mooloolaba and Alexandra Headlands has to offer by walking and close to all the Sunshine Coast has by car. Great place to stsy

I think it was far from a luxury hotel however it charged the same price, certainly not worth the money.

Great Return Visit

We are a regular stayer at Beachside, as as usual this stay was as enjoyable as earlier stays.

Location - great as not far from the beach or shopping Property - nice and quiet location even thou next to a major road. Staff easy to approach and helpful. Apartment had all that was expected, however bathroom could do with an upgrade. Bathroom also has shower located in an old bath that was difficult to get into - especially if have mobility problems. Will also mention no lifts to higher floors and as windows have verticals which blow open with the fan/aircon on it does make the rooms have a 'flickering effect' at night due to the outside security lights being on all night - which is a positive if coming in at night but not so good for sleeping. Would recommend staying there - just wear eye mask like we did.

Property was close to everything. When turning on taps they made quite a noise.

triathlon accom

Did the Mooloolaba triathlon. The place was tired, but awesome location. Washing machine and dryer was good (if I needed them). Perfectly close to transition and a 1.5km walk to the swim start (as you would expect). Staff were nice and flexible.

The hotel is very centrally located, particularly for triathletes. The onsite staff were very useful and kind throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and Comfortable but overpriced

The room was clean and comfortable. The interior decor was fresh and modern but the outer appearance of the hotel is dated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Compared to more upmarket, modern establishmentsin the area that have a better outlook, I believe this hotel is overpriced.

Never again

29 steps to our room during a heatwave. No air conditioning in stairwell - just lots of heat through the glass tiles. The unit was advertised as 'air conditioned'. There was one, very noisy air conditioner in the bedroom; none in the living/kitchen area. The fan in the bedroom worked; the fan in the living area did not. The unit door did not lock automatically behind us. even though it slammed shut every time. We thought we were booking the Landmark Resort, but got diverted to this noisy main road dive instead. Won't make that mistake again!

ok stay

great location close to the boles club Room very dusty and furniture very old needs updating It would appear that all rooms are up some stairs This was not a problem for us but we did notice one couple wandering around with their cases not happy about having to climb.Well equipped kitchen and great bed and linen.

Both tv's and the remotes not working properly, the pictures are deceiving- we were shocked at how small it was compared to the photos, only one toilet paper roll between two people for 7 nights was provided then when we asked for more at reception it seemed to be an issue and we were told we would have to pay for more. overall disappointing considering we paid close to $2000 to stay there for seven nights.

We really enjoyed our time in Mooloolaba, we had a nice quiet room & pool area. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We found it great as it wasn't far to the beach, cafes & shops. I would recommend the hotel for anyone that wants a 1 bedroom apartment to go & relax.

Mooloolaba the Great

Accommodation was close to the heart of this fabulous seaside town. Lots to do and see in the local area. Beautiful beaches, good eateries, lovely hinterland scenery. Well worth a couple of weeks stay.
