The price was good and location. Room wasn’t bad except the fact the water would clog up in the bathroom was a horrible experience. There was water alllll over the floor. Had to use the towels to dry. I ended up not showering rest of my visit also my friend who came with me would have to minimize her shower time to like 2-3 mins and still would have water seeping out of the shower. Also they are very strict with guests. It was just me and my friend but then wanted to add another friend to a two bedroom room and said that wasn’t allowed. Besides that everything was good. It was very cold though as well no heater

Wasn’t a fan of having to bring my phone to the shared bathroom every time in order to unlock my room door on the way back. Pretty cumbersome process. That said, the lock on my room door was clearly broken into before from someone who probably locked themselves out. Did not feel safe. Besides that the room was nice and the location was fabulous.

It was very private and conveniently located

It was ideal for us. Perfect location near Retiro park and Prado museum. Self check in and out was easy, room was spacious and clean. Towels and hairdryer, 3 hangers. No view out of window and no telly but we didn’t mind as we were out exploring the city most of the time.

Al ser una estadía en un bajos , hay mucha humedad , habían muchas arañas en la habitación , por más que hubiera calefacción no había una manta abrigada para cubrirse del frío , la alfombra que estaba en el suelo estaba bastante sucia con restos no se si eran de comida o mugre pero no n eso fallaron

Check-in was easy because it was all done online beforehand. You must have access to data in order to unlock the main doors and rooms as there are no keypads or keys. Overall, the area was quiet and clean, within easy walking distance to the Prado museum and shopping.

Nice location and comfortable room. The quadruple room is very spacious and convenient.

Health hazard

This is the only negative review I've given in my life. Nobody should be allowed to stay here. There was so much mold that it was literally hard to breathe. To go to the bathroom you had to hold your breath because you could not breathe that in. We were honestly afraid for our health. We asked to cancel immediately or for a refund and were not granted either so we had to sleep there. I'm only writing this review so that whoever reads this does not have to go through this experience, truly awful. Hotels.com was very helpful and tried to get us a refund but the property won't even answer. They should remove it from the platform.

The email for entering was not sent, so I wased time and found another hotel. And They declined even refund. Never go to this hotel! This is so terrbible experience!!

Poor experience, Dirty, Misrepresented photos

- Check-in process: very cumbersome. Not explained well. Slow. Confusing. I am very tech savvy, pro-self service; this is as bad as it can get. - Cleanliness: very dirty. Bed sheet were not changed from previous guest. Hair all over the bathroom, sheets, floor, towel. Towels also smelly. - Pictures on Hotels.com vs. reality: totally different. Dark room, poorly maintained. Much smaller than represented on pictures.

I don’t usually leave feedbacks, though this one i had to, for future users. Their door opening system was pretty cool and thats the only cool thing about this hotel. Bed was so uncomfortable that my back started to ache after 30 minutes of laying down. I tried to lay on the foot of the bed, or different side of the bed, but didn’t work. I ended up sleeping on the floor. Room smells like old dust. And the room it self was built half underground, that you can hear people walking by all night, like in the movie ‘Parasite’. And no Air conditioner in this hat city. Worst of all the hotel i stayed. Don’t be tricked by the pictures .

Good location, quiet, no window

The location was great and the room was quiet. Not a window even though Pictures show a window. Basement unit with sewer smell. Mold in the bathroom.

I'm giving poor rate because I never find the hotel. I arrived around 12:30 am to the address indicated in the website I was surprised , no sign nothing that indicated the existence of this hotel. I asked to different police officers and none of them had idea about this hotel. I called a phone number on the website and they never responded. I have to walk with my wife around puerta del Sol to see where we could spend the night. Fortunately we found a hostal. I complained with Expedia and they processed a refund.

I was locked out of the building for two hours with two other customers with no way to get in. We called and were ignored

For not having staff this place was spotless. It was in the heart of Madrid and it had very comfortable beds and everything smelled so clean

Amazing location, great stay.

Absolutely amazing location, right center city and down the road from the prado. Everything Madrid has to offer is walking distance. Super clean facility. I would’ve given them a higher score but there were some communication issues that went on. They never sent the check in instructions like the listing said they would, making me have to call them twice once I arrived. About an hour in the door locked and wouldn’t open, resulting in another long call. The place is half basement but has plenty of lights and is so modern and updated. Overall amazing for the price and will definitely stay again.

Its a bit difficult to find if you don’t internet access, other than that is awesome. GREAT LOCATION, comfortable and clean.

The beds were comfy, the area where the place is located is amazing. U had almost everything u need except a fridge, and a balcony.

I won't call it a hotel this is just a place to spend a night maybe two if you're on a budget and you want to stay close to the city center. Finding the place is a bit of a challenge specially at night. However most importantly is reading very carefully the type of service and the instructions getting into the place this is a self-service check in all the way,... all in all this would be one of my last option is to stay the next time I'm in Madrid. Nothing against the place it just wasn't my cup of tea.

Basic place but did the job. Communication beforehand was good. No staff there, so all key code entry, which is actually really good. Not so quiet so could hear outside street and people staying opposite.

Zona molto tranquilla c'è l’autobus dall'aeroporto al costo di 5 euro che ti lascia a un isolato dall'hotel, ha una stazione della metropolitana a pochi isolati ma relativamente puoi arrivare ovunque a piedi. camere pulite, un po’ umide una volta fatta la doccia, asciugamani contati ma nel complesso rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. unico inconveniente se scarichi il telefono mentre sei in giro non puoi entrare nella tua stanza perché non c'è reception, si accede tramite telefono.

No geral boa, porém, o chuveiro é num buraco que você não sabe o que tem dentro. A janela da pra rua, simplesmente a rua, passam pessoas direto conversando alto e fumando. Não tem TV, mas já tinha visto no anúncio. É bem localizado! Estava tudo limpo e organizado.

the room was clean and tidy. the mattress was a bit old and not in the best condition, but it was enough to sleep! the room doesn't have blankets and it could be a problem if you are very cold! overall it is a good value for money because of its location - 20-25 minutes walk to the main places in Madrid

Zona muy tranquila y bonita, hay un camión desde el aeropuerto donde puedes poner tus maletas y por 5 Euros te dejan a una cuadra del hotel, tiene una estación de metro a unas cuadras pero relativamente puedes llegar a cualquier lado caminando, tienes una tienda alado y un restaurante igual, cuartos limpios y bonitos y muy moderno que sea inteligente, que no se te descargue el teléfono o no podrás entrar a tu cuarto ya que no hay recepción todo lo haces tú desde el teléfono.

O apartamento é limpo, mas não possui frigobar e nem televisão, além do banheiro ser compartilhado, itens que poderiam ser incorporados futuramente. Tem um ventilador que garante a circulação de ar.

Muy lindo pero falta cobija

Me gusto mucho la ubicación, un lugar muy agradable, limpio, bonito en mi opinion los unico que falto es que coloquen cobija en la cama, asi sea primavera-verano en la noxhe se siente frio y no hay como protegerse del frio. Eso fue lo unico que no me gusto porque senti frio y tuve que arroparme con la toalla y aun asi sentia frio.

El proceso de ingreso fue complicado ya que no me enviaron un código de entrada. No contestan en la línea. Tardé varias horas en poder ingresar. De ahí en fuera la habitación estaba bastante bien cómoda y bien ubicada.

Todo muy bien, pero el check in es súper complicado, los links que mandan para ingreso no siempre abren, menos en safari, el contacto con la propiedad es muy tardado

Live in a basement, and tech only check-in hassle

The booking process is unclear, takes a lot of effort before you know that you can really enter the room, and the place doesnt even have a glass to use the water dispenser. All processes are tech based, but the tech is not a seamless experience. Also, you live in a basement.

Sinceramente no volvería a este alojamiento yo he tenido suerte y se me abierto la puerta de acceso pero si tienes un problema llamas al número que te dan te salta una locución que te dice que no hay agentes para atenderte y te quedas sin ayuda y en la calle din poder entrar a la habitación, por mucho que llames nadie te lo coge el teléfono, de hecho nos hemos encontrado con un japonés en la puerta que no podía entrar y se ha tenido que marchar sin poder alojarse, una vergüenza la verdad.

O hotel fica em uma região bastante central da cidade. É um pouco difícil encontrar a entrada, mas as fotos no site ajudam bastante. Nosso quarto estava limpo e a cama era bem confortável. Minha única ressalva é que o quarto tinha um pouco de cheiro de mofo e estava um pouco frio à noite por não ter aquecedor. Mas é uma ótima opção pelo custo benefício. Recomendo.

La ubicación es perfecta; sin embargo mi baño dentro de la habitación estaba muy sucio, incluso había bastante cabello del cliente anterior en la regadera, el baño necesita limpieza exhaustiva (énfasis la regadera) tiene mucho moho; además de necesitar almohadas en cama (solo hay cojines) y una frazada extra (solo tenia sabana). Sin embargo es seguro y está muy bien ubicado.
