Showerhead connection was leaking some water. Apartment floors were dirty and had only 4 pairs of slippers for 6 people, didnt ask extra ones, maybe they would have given. Apartment sofa was little over used to have best sleep. Location was great. Lots of restaurants all around. Beach to swim nearby. Is noicy area cause of all the functions around even in offseason Value for money in offseason was excellent.

Myself and my family stayed at Aspendos Seaside for 2 weeks, the room was a little tired and dated and needed a little TLC but was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the housekeepers did an amazing job! The location was excellent with lots of bars and restaurants nearby which were excellent and reasonably priced. The beach was a 5 min walk away from the accommodation and both the beach and the sea were amazing!! I would highly recommend to others.

You get what you pay for

You get what you pay for here, which is not much in comparison to the nicer places. When we first came in we discovered one of the ACs was broken. It took them 3 very hot days to get fixed. It absolutely should have been discovered after the previous guests had checked out instead of us on our first day. The water heater didn’t work properly the entire time. They came to ”fix” it many times, but it would continue to show various error codes daily and stop working intermittently. Luckily it was so hot outside that a cold shower didn’t feel so bad… The clicker on the gas stove broke during the first week. It was never fixed and we were told to use a lighter instead. This was one of the smaller issues, but shows the overall quality of the place. Finally, we were told the cleaners will come in every 3 days, but they came only once during our entire 2 week stay and even that was after days of us literally begging them to come. Some positives were the location close to the beach, a nice pool and many restaurants nearby. One of the restaurants is literally next door though, so depending on your room’s location, you might get to enjoy their music until 3AM.

Relaxing stay here at comfortable apartment.

Second trip here in two years, will come again next time. Great location to beach and facilities. My apartment was spacious and didn’t hear any traffic or other noise. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice relaxing vibe to the place.

Excellent place to stay in Konyaaltı. Close to sea, restaurants, cafes, everything is in walking distance..

Overall property is good for staying but cleaning is not much good. So for cleaning I'm given 3 out of 10.

The value of this hotel is great. We had some questions before arriving and communication was fast and clear. The hotel has great location, just a short walk to the sea. The property pool is clean and there is a nice area in the shade to have a meal with a family. The staff helped us book a transfer and provided free beach towels. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great location

The location is excellent. The basement room smelt like a basement despite having some natural light…. Musty & stale cigarettes. The bathroom door doesn’t shut which would have been a problem had I been sharing. The shower has seen better days but a very large bathroom. The furniture is mix mash & old fashioned bits & bobs. Had a kitchenette but dated. It’s actually a studio apartment & bed is in the one room. It was a large room & plenty of space to section it off. Expensive for what it was.

Lovely hospitality from the staff. Welcomed everytime we entered the property. They helped us with any requests and recommendations. WiFi was good, room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Close to the beach and many restaurants.

Not so happy with our last stay

I have a mixed feelings about aspendos seaside , one of the main receptionist guys was so rude and one of them was so polite, the rude guy has the pride to apologize even though we explained what happend and what he did to his team . Anyway The issue that we asked him kindly to schedule the promised after 4 days cleaning to our apartment since we stayed 7 days and we told him more than once .... unfortunately him his reply was always with bad attitude that they have busy schedules he rather negotiate instred of making the clients happy . If he simply said this nicely there will be no problem at all if he asked us to pay extea for the cleaning also we wouldn't mind . The dust and smell because the apartment located directly behind the restaurant with all day long food smells affected our comfort.. when we showd them the Cockroach at the wall they acted fast then they arranged the cleaning. Are we happy with the location yes, Noisy yes Smell of restaurants yes Useful appliances yes Cleanness nope. Politeness of employees only one guy was bad at reception while others are so nice and we appreciated that...

Wonderfull, spacious, cosy apartment, equiped with everything we need. Close to the beach. We will defenetly stay here again!

Fabulous holiday

We had a lovely family holiday here. The apartments are close to everything, the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff at the reception were very helpful and we would defiantly love to return.

It was a great experience visiting Antalya and the hotel apartment location was excellent But AC cooling efficiency was not good And there was no daily cleaning Other than that receptionists were very nice with us

Nice apartments

Location is very good 2 minute walk to Konyaalti beach restaurants and markets around The facilities and furniture are comfortable and new I don't like that there is alot of cockroaches in the entry of building, one stayed 3 days (dead) in stair..

the location is good, close to the beach and many restaurants. The room needed some maintenance. the cleaning staff did not clean the room until we told them to.

Fantastic self catering stay

Property is very clean, staff speaks English and are very friendly and helpful. This is my 4th stay at the property. The pool at the property was still open in end of October where else other hotels had closed theirs. Property is just 3min walk from the beach and next to loads of Restaurants. Ideal location for a beach holiday stay.

excellent apartment!!

The apartment was in excellent condition and it was perfectly clean. In the booking we got the basement apartment, and a change of apartment was offered to us (with a small fee added) but the temperature was so cool in there that we didn’t even want to. Definitely a great stay, the people working there were super nice. They also had a nice pool which we unfortunately didn’t use.

NO LIFT.

its was not clear at the booking time that the junior rooms are in the roof. big disadvantage is no lift.

Great spot near the beach

Our room was downstairs so felt a little cave like with the main window high up and giving us a view of the deckchair legs around the pool. However it was spacious and comfortable. There was a kitchenette and a lounge so lots of room. The staff were very helpful and understanding.

It’s a nice place that is very close to the sea. A very lovely beach is just a few minutes walk from here. Lots of nice places to eat very close by. The pool is very nice that is open to use by the guests. The reception staff is always very friendly & helpful, always smiling. We had little issue with guests on top floor making noise early morning and waking us up. We spoke to reception staff and they got the matter sorted. We appreciate their help and make our stay nice. This was our second stay at this place & were happy both times.

Great Apartment Close To Konyaalti Beach Area

I stayed here for about a week and it was nice. Close to restaurants and beach. There are the main bus lines into the old part of Antalya that's just a 5-10 minute walk away. The apartment was clean. Pool wasn't open yet when I was there in March. There's a nice balcony in the apartment and a lot of light came in. The place was pretty quiet. WiFi was a bit slow, but that's my only complaint.

Comfort, location, cleanliness, check in, and most importantly, only steps away from the beach! It would be easier to have Telephone, to call the reception. OZ, at the reception, Thank you for making my visit to Antalya, much better.

Wonderful for families

As usual aspendos is a delightful place to stay with family and relax near to the beach.

Location was excellent and staff were very helpful

Aspendos Seaside hotel is located in Konyaalti area of Antalya - about 25 mins by public bus to Kaleici (old town area). It is close to many restaurants and most importantly, right by the Konyaalti promenade and beach. The beach is however not a sand beach - in case you are looking a sandy beach, Lara is your best bet. The Apartment-hotel amenities are good - we stayed in the basement one for a couple of nights and paid very little for an upgrade to the 3rd floor (note that there is no lift in the building) Kitchen, bathroom, bed, sofa bed etc did the job.. Reception is staffed 24/7 and they are very friendly and helpful. Gave us all the info for local travel, helped with understanding the right price for taxis etc as we weren’t sure how much to bargain. There are also supermarkets close by but the food is relatively speaking to the UK, very very affordable. They got a swimming pool - it’s not too big but good enough size. But water was too cold to go in so we didn’t really use it. Overall I’d recommend the place.

The hotel location is excellent the staff are very nice & friendly you get a service with a smile every time. The house was a good size with plenty of room & good storage nicely stocked kitchen in terms of amenities. All the basics were there. A nice pool that was still open in Nov. The WiFi was very good too. The bad point is sound proofing. As with most buildings in Turkey you can hear all the sounds from the apartments above.

Personel cok iyi ve ilgiliydi. Temizlik konusunda maalesef ayni seyi soyleyemeyecegim. Ama genel olarak fiyata gore ideal diyebilirim.

Appart hôtel idéalement situé, très propre. Nous occupons la chambre B4 qui comporte un grand balcon et un accès très proche à la piscine qui doit faire environ 9x4m et 1,4m de profondeur. Personnel à la réception 24/24, très pratique pour les arrivées tardives. À recommander sans problème.

Otelin konumu çok iyi, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Oda genel olarak iyi ve temiz. Sadece oda içi aydınlatma ve priz az.

Temizlik ve ısınma

Ocak ayında konakladık, oda yeterince ısınmıyordu ve gözardı edilemez derecede kirliydi. Kirliden kastım kaba temizliği yapılmış ancak, dip bucak toz, tüy ve tüycük içindeydi, holde ki çekyat kirli ve bakımsızdı. 2 adet tek kişilik yatak bulunan oda da kalorifer peteği yoktu, klima ise ısıtma işlevini yerine getiriyordu. Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü, otelin konumu güzel, otoparkı olmamasına rağmen park sorunu yaşamadık.

Gayet güzeldi

Konum çok iyi. Herşey gayet güzeldi. Sadece ev biraz tozluydu. klimalardan 2 si pek iyi ısıtmıyor. Bize yeterli geldi. çok soğuk havalarda kalorifer yanıyorsa zaten sorun olmayacaktır. Teşekkürler. Memnun kaldık.

Ev konforunda denilen tatili yaşadık Aspendos Seaside sayesinde. Lokasyon Antalya'nın en güzel noktası. Hem yaz hem kış tatilinizde istediğiniz her yere rahatlıkla ulaşabileceğiniz bir konuma sahip. Dairenin olanakları,mutfak ve diğer odalara ait eşyalar çok rahat bir konaklama yaşamamızı sağladı. Temizlik konusunda da oldukça özenliler. Atatürk'ün "Şüphesiz ki Antalya dünyanın en güzel şehridir" sözüne ilaveten diyorum ki"Şüphesiz, Aspendos Seaside Antalya'nın en güzel konaklama yeridir"

Biz ailecek kaldık ve çok beğendik tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz. Apartın konumu çok iyi. Herkese tavsiye ederim

Adonis Seaside konaklamamız

Giriş işlemlerimiz sorunsuz oldu; sabah erken gelmemize rağmen erken giriş konusunda yardımcı oldular. Giriş işlemlerimizi yapan sorumlu arkadaş yardımsever ve kibardı. Oda içinde sadece çek yat lekeli idi, bunun dışında dairenin genel durumu ve temizliği iyi idi. Tekrar konaklamak isteriz. Teşekkürler.

Beautiful Konyaaltı

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The apartment was ok, but basement is cold on the floors this time a year. There was a restaurant only few meters from my bedroom so it was a little bit noisy for sleeping. Over all its good, because this hotel is close to restaurants and the beach.

Konumu mükemmel sesiz sakin temiz bir otel

Нет уборки вообще, не стоит своих денег!

Были в этом отеле месяц (28 дней). Отель не стоит своих денег!!! Уборки нет вообще -- только смена полотенец и вынос мусора раз в 4 дня (но по факту, это происходило реже). Если вы остались на долгое время, то это становится проблемой, так как швабры и средств для уборки тоже нет. В ванной куча мошек, которые садятся на тебя во время мытья. Многое из техники требует ремонта/замены (чайник одна сплошная накипь, очень плохая сковородка, только 1 тупой ножик, слив унитаза плохо работал, горячую воду надо ждать, и она постоянно пропадает и тп). Если вы собираетесь готовить, то должны озаботиться о необходимых для этого средствах сами... Ещё о недостатках, постоянно меняется персонал на ресепшн -- никто не хочет тут работать. Также и уборщицы увольняются. Ощущение некого проходного двора. Не все хорошо говорят по-английски. Также по утрам вас может будить стройка. Звукоизоляция отсутствует -- слышно соседей, особенно сильно крики детей. Из плюсов могу выделить то, что было близко у моря (3 мин) и у всяких кафешек. Но так как вы в тур зоне, то все нормальные продуктовые магазины не так уж и близко. За водой ходили в шок (за 5 литровками), это 10 минут ходьбы. Вода же в отеле стоила 8 лир, в ближайшем магазине - 2 лиры. Бешеная наценка! Кровать очень не удобная! Снизу в номер постоянно тянуло курево. И вай фай -- можно сказать, что он вообще отсутствует. Если вам нужно, то покупайте симку, так как в этом отеле не работал даже вотс ап, настолько у них все плохо.

Memnuniyet verici

1 gece rahat bir konaklama geçirdim, ihtiyaç halinde resepsiyonla iletişim çok kolaydı, güler yüzlü yardımsever bir ekip vardı her zaman. Lokasyonu çok iyi. Oda temizdi, sadece bodrum kattaki odada havasızlık problem, çok az pencere var. Bir de duşakabin ve duş ahizeleri bence yenilenmeli. Yine de tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel. Teşekkürler

Çok iyi bir konaklamaydı

Çok rahat, temiz, güzel bir yerdi. Evimizde gibi hissettik. Mutfak malzemeleri olması çok iyiydi rahatça yemek yaptık. Fırın,mikrodalga,buzdolabı,ocak,çaycı,tost makinesi bi mutfakta aradığınız her şey vardı. Çamaşır makinesi de var. Bi tek bulaşık makinesi yok o da olsa bildiğin ev:)

Optimo apartamento

O apartamento tinha tudo o que era necessário para umas férias tranquilas, o staff era super simpático e disponivel. A localizacao é excelente fica a 3/5 minutos da praia. Uma relacao qualidade/preco muito boa.
