Everyone in the hotel staff was very nice, the breakfast was very good and the coffee was the same, to take transportation you just walk 11 minutes (via del mare) and if you want to go to the center of rome it is quite cheap. Thank you all for your attention!

We really liked this property. The appartement was specious rooms clean with balcony and small kitchenette. The only inconvenience is that the property is far from Rome city centre you have to walk about 10 minutes to take the bus to Laurentina and then take the train to the centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

It was pretty amazing here the only reason why gave a 4 on property is because the air Conditoner is a central air and heating is for the whole building and there is no single aircondiontiong per room. But other than that everything was amazing everyone is very nice and helpful, breakfast is great.

This hotel was nice in the inside rooms are beautiful but there was a guy at the front desk who made us feel uncomfortable and he was very rude older gentle men bold headed. We got there early and were hungry and it was still 8 in the morning. So we went to get breakfast right inside the hotel and the guy at the front came and Told us not today tomorrow. There was a lady she was nice and a younger guy with glasses. All the windows have bars like a jail. Around the hotel looks deserted it nothing around. Trucks and huge buses parked there and when you walking you will see garbage when passing by. So we decided to leave somewhere else. We had no choice to stay two nights until we found somewhere else to stay. We would’ve stood if the guy would’ve never made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. It’s a nightmare getting Uber or FREENOW in the area and the hotel were really helpful at arranging taxis. One day we were delayed at the train station at night, and the communication with them via WhatsApp was great. The room was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen especially. The area is quite limited for dining however a pizza take away delivered to our room without fail and was amazing. Thank you! 10/10

Ok for a one night stay prior to a busy 40 minute drive to FCO for a mid day flight. Staff were friendly and helpful. A very well stocked supermarket is located across the street. Overall, hotel and room are showing signs of aging.

Overall it was good as we could park our car outside the hotel free of charge I wish the air conditioner could be stronger as the bedroom was a bit stuffy. Lots of supermarkets around the area

While the staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful, this is not somewhere I would stay again. What we enjoyed about our stay was: free parking in the lot, the grocery store right across the street, lots of restaurants within easy walking distance, and the courteous staff. That said, the building needs a little work, and the amenities were sub par from what we are used to. The first night we arrived, they had us in the wrong room. My reservation clearly said "queen bed", but the room they gave us had twins. I asked if a queen bed was available, and was moved to a bachelor suite with a queen bed rather than the superior apartment that I had prepaid for. We were moved to the correct room on the second day of our stay, but upon checkout, no compensation was offered for the fact that I spent the first night in a less expensive room than the one I'd paid for. During our stay in Pomezia, the temperatures were 37-38 degrees Celsius. On the second day of our stay, the building's air conditioning unit broke, and we were without A/C in withering heat for 2.5 days until it was fixed. We got no sleep 2 nights in a row. While not all hotel suites have ovens, this is the first time I have ever seen a pair of hot plates referred to as a stove. The fridge did not work, so all of our produce and milk spoiled. There was no coffee maker, tea kettle, or kitchen linen. The shower had mildew buildup in the bottom, and the water flashed randomly between hot and cold while you were in it.

Do not stay at this hotel. The neighborhood is awful and the hotel is just not nice. I travel a lot for business so cleanliness of the room is my top priority. While the room was mostly clean, the bed was disgusting. I check all mattresses since I spend so many nights in hotels, and this was probably the worst I've seen. The hotel offered to change my room, but I didn't take that since they likely all have mattresses in such a horrible state. They did agree to not charge me but I had to take a taxi to a decent hotel which was a huge hassle.

The hotel in beautiful and you can tell it's well kept and has a lot of history. The neighborhood around it was the opposite of that. It's a small townand 20 minute bus ride to Rome so it's easy to get around if you don't mind buses. Taxi would be to expensive. Breakfast is included and was delicious and fresh. Service provided fresh Cappuccino, definitely a plus! I recommend if you want a hotel with lots of history , big rooms and great marble countertops and jetted tub. Just have to transport by bus which is $1.50 each way.

An excellent hotel in every sense, the rooms are large with good A/C, the breakfast was good, the rooms are exceptionally clean and excellent value for money, highly recommend.

I absolutely recommend this hotel. This hotel look like a museum, filled with art on the walls and on furniture. I loved the furniture. Comfortable, clean. Nice bathroom.

Very nice hotel in Pomezia. The rooms (actually small apartments) are very spacious and have all things one can need. The employees are very friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a free welcome drink. There is a free garage for the car and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately the wifi signal was very low in my room.

Very nice hotel and staff

We stayed at this place for 3 nigjts and we definetly recommand it. It is a little far frim city center and airport but safty of the location is worth it. Amazing staff who make you feel like you are at home. Breakfast is very nice. If i ever decide to go back to Rome i would stay at the same place.

Wir hatten leider Rost in den Leitungen daher Zähne putzen nur aus der Flasche. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Frühstück war ok. Also mit 4 Sternen hat das Hotel nichts zu tun meiner Meinung nach. Zwischen 2 und 3. wir waren 1 Tag als zwischen Station dort als Familie.
