I had to make my ned by my Self, was given some stuff on the reception to make my Bed. TV was broken. Also there was no lock i had to Buy me a lock to Safe my stuff for 8$

All good. The Room was a lil Bit Dirty. Also had an extra Room in our Room with nothing inside.

Good place, very modern, many young people, just the breakfast buffet closing exactly at 10 am was a bit weird

Didnt have AC, there were a lot of noises at night (doors slamming constantly), bugs, uncomfortable bed, sliw elevators, but at least the area around was good. Pretty far from the main touristy area, but there is a Lidl’s, Rossman, and a couple restaurants nearby, within a couple feet, which id duper convenient

The location is very far from downtown and airport. Very noisy and too many kids around. The quality of bed is horrible.

This place is a hidden gem!! They have a bar they have pizza!!! Beds are comfortable ,my room had 4 singles and our own shower …. And soooo quiet!!! I will be returning.

Very basic, loud but clean

Lots of students or youth tour groups stay here so be prepared for huge crowds and long queues for the elevators. Far from the city center so it is a hassle to get there and takes a while. No kettle in the room, no cups. The service on check-in and checkout was good and efficient. Very basic room, it is clean and you can request housekeeping the day before. Reminds me of dormitory housing or what more modern prison, forced labor sleeping quarters are.

Lillie on reception was very friendly. All staff were very approachable and I would stay again. Very clean and big the space.

Really nothing to complain about for the price paid for one nights stay here. Room was clean, staff helpful, bar reasonably priced and for the most part it was a quiet night (from about 6am a light sleeper might have had issues). The only negative I’d say was the breakfast (not worth 10€ In my opinion).

Good spot for young travellers

Hi, check in was smooth, room relatively clean on 15th floor. It was quite difficult to get a lift to 15th floor so we had to take stairs. The selection of food at breakfast was good, plenty to choose from ( coffee tea, juice, bread, bread rols, cheese, ham, salami, fruit, vegetables, jam, cereals, milk/ oat milk and more. Overall pleasant stay with good connection to the city.

Really good price for what you get. The room was big and clean. I stayed for only one night and it was perfect.

Good stay and quiet surroundings

Room was very basic and worn down. Bed was ok. Huge hostel with parties downstairs. I could not hear any noise from the 20th floor. Elevators were slow in the morning coming up. Overall nice place to stay a night or 2.

I had a single room and it was perfect for what I needed. The breakfast was great and has very flexible timing. The staff were super helpful with any questions or issues. It was a great place to stay!

This place would have been better if they have an air conditioning system and has more than 3 elevators for the guests. The rooms are pretty nice and clean but has no aircon and summer time visit in Prague while staying at this place was not the best choice for us. The room gets extremely HOT and electric fans are available first come per serve. Even then- it would not make any difference.

It’s so right

The staff very unfriendly and uneducated for a simple check in they make you come back like 3 times never smiling or starting a sentence with please or finishing one with thank you. The condition of the facility is very needy almost nothing works.

The hotel is good. Rooms are very clean. Front desk was very helpful. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The tram station is around 400 mts. The metro line is about 1.2 km. The hotel is a little far from the attractions but it is convenient if you are not in a hurry to travel the city. It has a supermarket around. The hotel is full of young people. So there are lots of teenagers in the lobby. The only negative thing is that the rooms don't have air conditioning so in summer is extremely hot. Front desk gave me a standing fan that helped me a lot. I recommend this hotel. Price is good.

Not so happy

So many thing does not working like the cold water in bathroom wash bowl you burn your hand to do simple tooth brush bath room vent does not work so after each use it is all smelly and sticky reception truly not knowing what they are doing simple check in made so difficult. Overall very unfriendly.

Wonderful place to stay whike visiting Prague,

Nice, clean, modern building. Rooms are comfortable and our kids liked the bunk beds in their room. The only thing that was annoying is how slow the elevators are. Especially as we were staying on the 21st floor. They seem to stop on every floor on way down to the lobby even though nobody was at each floor on the way down.

Whilst good value & on a good bus route to Florenc coach terminal… Bed light & socket did not work… …fridge leaked water into bottom shelf/food…???!!!??? Not really any crockery/utensils etc in very little “sauna” kitchen for large ‘multi-catering’ hostel… …huge potential thou for ‘excellence’ with better provisions/maintenance…!!!???!!! Will definitely be returning to Prague & A&O generally thou ‘price-wise’…

Had to put our own bed linens, as well as remove dirty linens from the last guest. Very difficult to get them to open the windows for air flow. Not worth what we paid for it.

Beautiful building and very positive environment a bit far from the city centre but very well connected and modern will all modern amenities

Definitely more than a hostel. This place is much more like a hotel with private bathroom and private room. Downstairs you can get food and drink which is great after a long day. The beds are comfortable and the noose from outside is minimal. The metro station is an about 10-15 minuet walk away but once your there only takes another 15 minuets to get to the city centre. We also enjoyed a triva night on the Saturday which was good but could have been a bit longer Definitely would stay again.

Cheap but service could ne improved

My stay at A&O was ok. A cheap option so I can understand that the service was very basic. Once I checked in, I had to do my own bed as bed sheets and duvet were simply placed on the mattress. It would have been nicer find it already prepared! I asked if I could swap and get a the lower bed (because of a knee injury) of the bunk bed but apparently this wasn't possible. Cheap option but nothing special and bit disappointed. Staff at the reception not very understanding.

This 20-floor building is easy to spot. It's not in the city centre, but walkable from a metro station. Staff is courteous and check-in is smooth. Facilities are quite alright and there is a small guest kitchen if you want to cook. Overall I like it.

I’ve come back to this property week after week and each stay is pleasant and issue free. Nice and quiet location and easy to get to with transportation options to and from town.

Levný hostel 5 zastávek metra od centra.

Hostel je velice milý, měl jsem se tam dobře. Jen dvě věci, hodily by se závěsy do kójí, takhle každý příchozí rožne, nebo když použije mobil probudí okamžitě ostatní. Druhá věc bylo, že ve sprše byly spáry černé, ani nechci myslet, jestli to náhodou nebyla plíseň. Sprcha byla evidentně pečlivě čištěna, špinavá nebyla, ale konstrukčně je udělaná špatně, stojí v ní voda, ktera pak hnije... Takže je co vylepšovat. Generálně příjemný, čistý, uklizený hostel, kde se starají. Všude se něco najde.

Please put coffee and Tea maker on single rooms for guest to give them reason to return. This is one items your missing. All and all great place

Solo que tuve dos reservas apartes y me tuve que salir a las 10 am para despues entrar a las 3pm teniendo ya una habitación igual a la anterior no entendi eso sin embargo a pesar de eso recomiendo el hotel

It was a goo stay, would recommend it.

Staff was friendly, helpful and understanding. Room had a great view, well equipped and was clean. Only issue I can think of is the lift, hotel is quite big to only have 3 elevators.

All was good, no hassles to check in and overall experience was good for my stay

I stayed in a room and all was very clean. Beds could be a bit more comfortable. No AC but windows on the 10th floor could be opened completely for fresh air. Location is a bit outside the city, so it will take a bit more time to get there (although connections are good)

Affordable & comfortable private room in Prague!

A lovely stay in Prague. We stayed in a private room for 4 nights and was pleasantly surprised at how spacious, comfortable & quiet the room was (more of a hotel vibe than a hostel). The bathroom had ample room, there was also a TV. Staff were helpful & lent us a fan as there is no air con (which was fine for our stay as it was too hot). Overall we had a great stay here, only downsides were the elevators take ages to arrive when requested, and it was a little far from the city centre (30 min by tram) though public transport is located <5 min walk.

This is a hostel which operates some of the floors as a regular hotel. This has not been made clear in the description of the property. Since it is a hostel there are always big crowds of groups coming in at the same time and you have to wait for ages for an elevator. The room we had was nice but could have been cleaner. Even though there were many young people who wete hanging out in the lobby until late at night, it wasn't too loud or noisy. It's pretty far from the city center (about 30 min by tram or bus). Overall it was ok for the three nights we were there but we wouldn't stay here again

Last week I stayed and had an extremely noisy experience, so happy to say that this week was a pleasant opposite, quiet in and around the facility. The beds are comfortable and place overall very nice kept and clean. Great eating places around worth coming back to to try all that’s on offer.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The TV never worked, no AC made the room miserable and had to leave the windows open just to breath. You could hear hundreds of kids yelling and playing loud music and slamming doors all night just to be woken up to barking dogs in the morning. I understand Prague is a party city but that’s why I booked a hotel so far from downtown. You couldn’t pay me to stay the night at this hotel ever again. Not the staffs fault, they were very friendly and all my complaints are well out of their control.

The staff at the reception was terribly slow, the lockers were under repair, the floor i was put on was being painted and the staff was far from friendly. The price was the highlight of the stay but some individuals had to rent bedding/ linen and towels. I will not stay there again. Also, not close to city center as described, too many choices in Prague to choose this one.

The hotel is located 5km far from the center of Prague but this is a good choice for family. The metro and bus stops are just 2-3mins walk. very affordable and you have few good restaurants nearby, me and my family enjoyed our stay..

Really nice place to stay just way too far from Old Town.

It was a great stay. The place looked brand new, clean, very comfortable. The only downside was missing AC, it was like in sauna in my room. I would go there again anytime except July & August.

Wont be staying again

I didn't reaslise the establishment is hotel rooms combined with a hostel setup. Which is fine however there were hundreds of kids milling about. The building has 21 floors. It is modern in terms of decor and was fairly comfortable in the room, however there is o air conditioning and it was extremely difficult to cool the room. The hotel should supply fans in the room has the ventilation is not adequate. The service / staff interaction was adequate how they lack hotel acumen and the level of service and care youbmay find in a "typical'hotel, just young kids on the payroll. They were more interested in jiking around with each other than in actual customer service. On top of this someone messed up or there was something sinsiter going on, when i was given my room key and found a male already occupying my room, when i apologised citing, a possible mistake on checkin... the chap instead of having a reaction like what the hell?! Just got up, dressed grabbed his phone and belongings and was in the corridor where i was waiting for the lift to go back to reception. However there was no way i was having that room without it being disinfected, made up etc The reception stated the computer was showing that room as vacant so that was impossible, however this happened and there slightly disconcerting. In any case i recived another room without any suprises.

The room was quite nice with a private bathroom for the twin rooms, the amenities are good with some shower gel stuck to the wall so very practical. There is no air conditioner so it gets really hot in summer. It has heating so should be perfect for winter. Staff was nice and check in was fast around 5pm. It gets quite busy later on. Around the hotel you can find everything you need, it's like a small mall in that neighborhood so you'll find breakfast, dinner, bank, supermarket, 24h pharmacy etc. Transport to the center isn't ideal but it's ok, you can even buy public transport tickets in the hotel. Wifi is decently fast (around 60mb/s down, 10 up) when not too busy but it slows down in evenings. Overally quite happy with the stay for that price. Know what to expect and you won't be disappointed.

I was checked into a dirty room. They switched me, but offered no help moving me to a clean room even though I needed it. Other than that, however, the stay was pleasant.

Quiet & Comfortable

The front desk clerk was extremely accommodating. I had inquired about an early check-in before I arrived but it wasn't attached to my reservation. The clerk was able to find me a room that was ready at no extra charge. Breakfast was tasty and the bed was quite comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again!

The team was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and exactly the same in the photos. The lobby atmosphere was great.

A good place ti crash for a night

I just needed a place to crash for a night and this was good value for money but keep your expectations realistic. We shared a kitchenet and a bathroom (good size with shower) with another room. It is close to railway station or deepo so count on some noise. Situated outside of the city center you will use your car if you want to visit the center.

Only 1 issue with our stay at A&O

Everything was mostly great, however 2 out of our 3 night stay we were woken up by the fire alarm at around 3 AM that went on for about an hour both times. Never really found out why.

Nice and clean hotel room. If you will be lucky and will stay in upper floor, and will have wonderful view to Prague. Also very good breakfast. Recommend for this price!

The hotel has been refurbished recently, I believe, so everything looks great. The staff are friendly. The room is spacious. While it is not close to the metro station, taking the tram or bus to the city centre takes around 30 minutes, so the location isn't bad. The bus to the nearest metro station takes around 5-8 minutes.

Hotel is close to a bus stop (3 minutes walk) and tram station (5 minutes walk). It is a good hotel but no wardrobe or drawers to put anything and no airconditioner. Too hot in the afternoon.
