Truly enjoyable stay!

The front desk customer service was fantastic. They will respond to any issues/questions in a pleasant manner. Always friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and attractive. The room was spacious and comfortable. Only about 50 meters to the Hauptbahnhof. Conveniently close to everything.

Great property close to everything including the train station. Wonderful options for food and a quick walk to enjoy the city.

Fantastic 1 night stay

Friendly and approachable front desk. Appreciated the early check in after a long flight. Slept like a baby and heard no noise even though our room was facing the train station which is 5 min walk away. Easy walking distance to the tourist attractions.

Very convenient neighbourhood just opposite train exit The area feels a little edgy compared to old town, but old town only a few minutes away on foot and its always busy enough to feel safe

Excellent hotel close to the main railway station

Overall an excellent stay, as per my previous stays. Would gladly stay again.

Great location!

Its good area

We have been traveling across Europe, and after staying for one night I must say, the largest room we've been in so far. Actual king size bed, spacious even. Super clean, and very close to the train station. Cannot beat the deal

The hotel is Just across the central train station, 20 minutes to the main square, Marientplatz. Very convenient. Staff is helpful, breakfast is good, clean & the room is spacious. Highly recommended.

Place is good

The dirty note was for the neighborhood, not the hotel property. Theres not much that can be helped, usually the areas near train stations aren't the best. The hotel was great though and in a very convenient location!

Better than some higher priced hotels

Loved the room. Clean and spacious. Really convenient location next to the train station and a short walk to Oktoberfest. Many food options in the area.

Great staff! Breakfast was amazing! - Get the breakfast package with your room! Gym is open 24/7 They have a laundry that you can use - tip = use the Miele dryer, It actually heats up. The other ones take forever to dry your clothe! Bar in the lobby is cool and great way to meet people! The room are really spacious and the bathrooms are huge! Great location! We were there for Oktoberfest and love that fact that you can walk to the beer gardens!

Great location next to the train station. Clean facilities. Did seem like they nickel and dimed you for certain things (like coffee in the main lobby was quite expensive for a cup of coffee), but overall good facilities.

Central location, across road from main train station. 15 min walk to old town. 35 min walk to English garden. Great staff at reception. Great to relax with a cocktail in the bar after tours, lovely bar guys! Great for a chat & delicious Margaritas! Thanks! Recommend comfort king bed room.

Very nice modern rooms

We stayed there for only 1 night's. Staff was great, nice, friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say is that the hallway for the room, sometime motion sensor not working and we're walking in the dark, which is creepy. The courtyard could be clean up a vit. A little dirty may need some clean up

This hotel is excellent. The welcome as soon as you enter. Our room was incredible. The breakfast was fab. The shopping and parks just a short walk away is great. There is nothing bad about this hotel. I will return.

Really enjoyed the property, especially the shower. Surprisingly quiet given the convenient and central location. Will certainly go back.

Munich holiday

Short stay in Munich, but this hotel was conveniently located, and our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful if we had any questions.

Right across street from Bahnhof made this the perfect hotel after a long flight. Great restaurants nearby including one right next door! Breakfast was good, but not included in our room.

We had a fantastic stay at the Aloft Hotel in Munich. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast spread was outstanding with a variety of delicious options. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel offered all the amenities we needed. The beds were fantastic, and the room was spacious, providing a great setup for two women traveling with enough space in the bathroom and for all our clothes. The only downside was the absence of Euro games on the hotel TVs. Overall, a great experience!

Friendly and accommodating staff; definitely designed for American tourists, so not an authentic Bavarian experience. The area around the hotel is chaotic, unsightly and loud. Streets and high rises under construction on every side of the building.

Aloft is in great location if you have onward Train connections. One of the best Hotels I have stayed Munich !

Nice and convenient

Clean, well located hotel

Aloft was just across the road from the main train station and good for transport links. The walk to Marienplatz was about 20 minutes. Room was large and clean. The room faced the inner courtyard which was not what we had booked, we were expecting a city view. Breakfast was good with a good range of hot and cold choices. Free tea and coffee from the lobby 24/7. We had a drink in the bar and the bar tender was very knowledgable about the drinks and which cocktails to try. Cadore is an Italian restaurant about 2 minutes walk away and the food was lovely. Overall we would stay here again.

Modern hotel opposite the Main Train Station

We check in around 1:30 pm and our room is already available. The room is modern and very comfortable, big sleeping area and big bathroom. It is well equipped and everything is nice and clean. There are lots of table surface and electricity outlets. The shower has bottles of shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel. However, there is no shelf for me to put my own bottles of cleaning liquids or comb, I therefore have to placed them on the floor when taking a shower. I would therefore suggest that a shelf be fixed to the shower wall for the customer's use. There is a large variety of food at the breakfast buffet. Even Bavarian white sausages and mustard are available for breakfast. The position of the hotel is perfect, as it is just opposite the Munich Main Train Station. There are lots of restaurants and shops around. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It close to the main train station if convenient is your priority but the property condition could have been mantained a bit better. There was dusk in the cupboards and the receptionists were not friendly. The carpet was old and a bit dirty in the room so bring a slipper.

Despite the fact that the hotel location is right in front of the main train/subway station, the room was quiet, even on weekend days.Yes, the surroundings of the hotel might seems "sketchy", but any downtown of any city is! Very convenient location. Walkable to many touristics attractions. Staff was nice, room and hotel were clean. Room size was decent compare to other hotels in Europe. Breakfast was great. If you go during rush hour, yes, they might not have time to "refill" everything. But plenty of options available dor breakfast. I would definately recommend this hotel. Do not hesitate to book your stay there!!

Lovely modern hotel conveniently located close to Munich central station. Bedrooms spacious with large super comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Munich.

Very clean hotel located directly across from the main metro station. Front desk staff was wonderful, helped give us directions and recommendations. The bartender is very talented, craft cocktails were high quality. Highly recommend this place if you want a nice stay in a convenient location.

Great hotel

Great location and even better staff! First room hadn't been cleaned from last person towels still on floor etc went back down and instantly given a new room and voucher each for a free drink each. Mistakes can be made and they certainly helped resolve the issue quickly -absolute great stay!!

Amazing!

This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in due to the quietness of the rooms and hallways ( well insulated), customer service and hotel front desk kindness. It is located across from the train station and allows easy accessibility to everything in Munich.

Comfortable and Centrally Located

We just needed a place to stay prior to our flight. Aloft is very clean and comfortable and very convenient to several great restaurants and tourist shops as well as the train station. The only challenge is finding the parking garage which is not evident.

PROS- friendly, competent staff, clean rooms, comfortable mattress and sheets, temperature control worked well. Breakfast was good and had a variety of items. Shower water was consistently hot. CONS- thin towels, shower floor slippery, water splashes out shower, window between bathroom and sleeping area allows light into sleeping area, bathroom area opened to room door, hairdryer styler doesn’t come off of hairdryer. Refrigerator didn’t get cold. Only room darkening curtains and not privacy curtains too.

It was across from train station walkable to old part of the city.

While Aloft Munich is situated in a convenient spot for those who take the train, I found the area around to be very unsafe with so many people loitering around and watching your every move. The hotel itself was alright for an overnight, room was cleaned but looked overused and breakfast was nice!

Very nice hotel across the street from the south entrance to the main train station/Hbf. This is our new favorite of the 4 different hotels on Bayerstraße where we have stayed over years and years. We stay on Bayerstraße when we have train excursions planned. Rooms nicer than our prior favorite. Aloft staff at least as friendly and equally competent as prior favorite. We once spent 4 nights at the more star even better room cold and unfriendly hotel nearby. Nice large room well cleaned the 3 nights we were there. Kudos to Sascha who checked us in and Khan at the bar. Breakfast is well above average.

Had the family room . It came with a king size bed and a queen size sofa bed. Room was big enough to set up 2 large luggage and able to walk around . Recommended for family of 4 or even 5. Shower area can be a bit slippery especially with young kids.

The location of the hotel is great. Directly opposite the Munich Hbf and the tram stop is just in front of the hotel. The room is big and cosy. The staff are friendly too. Highly recommended.

Fantastic trip. The hotel and staff are very accommodating. Very nice room and very quiet. Super comfy bed. Great nights sleep. Would recommend and return. Conveniently positioned by the station which made our onward journey to Stuttgart super easy.

This is an excellent hotel with a beautiful room, great bed, nice bathroom and good ammenities. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of food. The hotel is right outside the train station which is very convenient for travel, but also comes with the associated downsides to the close proximity to the station.
