1.1 Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the rules of the Travala.com Promotion & Giveaway, detailed in section 1.2 (“Promotion”) and section 1.3 (“Giveaway”) below. The Promotion is conducted by TravelFront, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands (“Organiser”).
1.2 Promo Credit Promotion Details
I. The Promotion enables participants who sign up for a new user account with Travala.com or log in to an existing Travala.com account via the following promotional link to claim US$25 in Promo Credits to use on a travel booking on Travala.com (“Offer”):

II. The Offer will be claimable from 12:01AM AEDT on 7th March 2023 until 11:59PM AEDT on 14th March 2023.
III. The Promo Credits will be redeemable for 30 days from the date that the Offer is claimed by the participant (“Redemption Period”). The Promo Credits will expire after the end of the Redemption Period.
IV. The Offer may only be claimed once per participant and the Promo Credits may only be redeemed once per participant on a single travel booking product as stated in the clause below.
V. The Promo Credits may be used on any flight, hotel or activity booking available on Travala.com that has a minimum value of US$200.
1.3 Travel Credit Prize Giveaway
I. All participants who claim the Offer, regardless of whether the Promo Credits are redeemed by the participant as part of the Promotion, will be automatically entered into the draw to win US$1,000 in Travel Credits (“Prize”).
II. The Prize draw will be conducted on 21st March 2023. The winner of the Prize will be selected at random using a randomiser. The winner will be contacted via email and announced on Binance Australia’s Twitter.
III. The Prize must be claimed by the winner within 14 days of the Prize draw by responding to the email sent by the Organiser. If the winner does not claim the Prize within this period, the Organiser reserves the right to redraw the Prize in the same manner as the original Prize draw.
IV. The Prize will be credited to the winner’s Travala.com account once claimed by the winner. The Prize must be redeemed by the winner within 365 days after it is awarded.
V. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
1.4 General Terms
I. One Entry Per Person: Each participant is only eligible for a single redemption of the Promotion and a single entry to the Prize draw. Participants are prohibited from creating multiple accounts on Travala.com to redeem the Offer multiple times and the Organiser retains the right to cancel or close accounts found to be in violation of this clause and revoke any credited Promo Credits or Travel Credits at its discretion without any notice to such account holders.
II. Amendments to Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions may be amended or supplemented at any time with or without notice and such amendment or supplemental term shall be applicable to participants at the time the updated terms and conditions are published by the Organiser.
III. Liability: The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, liability and/or any third-party liability or claims incurred by a participant participating in the giveaway and, if applicable, claiming and utilising the Offer or Prize, unless caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Organiser.
IV. Cancellation: The Organiser shall have the right to cancel this Promotion at any time without assigning any reason for such cancellation, with or without notice to the targeted users or participant of the cancellation without any liability to the targeted users or participant.
