We’re going passwordless!
To make accessing your account hassle-free, we’ve implemented a One-Time Passcode (OTP) login flow across desktop, mobile web, and the Travala app.
The feature is now LIVE for everyone. If you have 2FA enabled, you will also need to pass the 2FA step after the OTP login.
Why go passwordless?
- No more remembering passwords: You no longer need to type a password each time you log in.

- Goodbye password resets: Say goodbye to the “Forgot Password” button. Your email is your instant key.
Note: New users will still set a password during registration for future account features. However, all daily logins will now use this streamlined OTP flow.
