1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Binance Pay TOKEN2049 Dubai Campaign (the “Campaign”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to the Terms contained herein. The Campaign is offered by Travala Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered address at 1 Raffles Place, #36-01 One Raffles Place, Singapore 048616, and Nest Services Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Seychelles with registration number 238045 and address at House of Francis, Room 303, Ile Du Port, Mahe, Seychelles. In these Terms, references to “us”, “we” or “our” shall mean Travala Pte Ltd. When we refer to “you” in these Terms, we mean any person that participates in this Campaign.
2. Eligibility
The Campaign is open to residents of all jurisdictions, except residents of Australia, Belgium, Canada, Crimea Region, Cuba, Cyprus, India, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, North Korea, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, Syria, Thailand, UAE, USA, and Vietnam, and any other jurisdiction where federal, state, or local laws prohibit residents from participating in this Campaign, and is void where prohibited by law. Only verified users from qualified countries/regions who have successfully registered for a Binance Pay account and Travala.com account will be eligible to participate in the Campaign. Entrants must be over 18 years of age to participate in the Campaign. Our employees, contractors, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, and directors, as well as the immediate family members of the aforementioned persons, are ineligible to participate in the Campaign.
3. Campaign Period
The Campaign begins on 12 March 2024 at 00:00 AM UTC and concludes on 15 April 2024 at 11:59 PM UTC (“Campaign Period”). To participate in the Campaign, the conditions specified in the following section must be met within the Campaign Period.
4. Campaign Rewards
The Campaign provides Travel Credit rewards for users who purchase a hotel, flight or activity booking for Dubai, United Arab Emirates, using Binance Pay via www.travala.com (the “Website”) or via the Binance mobile app during the Campaign Period for travel dates between 12 April–26 April 2024. Payment may be made in any cryptocurrency available on Binance Pay at the time of the participant’s booking.
The Travel Credit rewards available are 10% for all hotel and activity bookings, and 4% for all flight bookings (the “Rewards”). The Rewards are available to all members of Travala.com, including standard members and Smart members, with the same Rewards applicable for all members regardless of membership status. The Rewards are calculated on the final price of the booking, less any applicable taxes and fees.
Smart members receive the Rewards in addition to their standard givebacks and discounts, as applicable. The Rewards will be credited to the wallet accessible via the participant’s Travala.com account within 21 days after the Campaign ends. Bookings that are cancelled before the stay is completed, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, will not be eligible to receive the Rewards. There is no limit on the maximum number of Rewards that each participant can receive.
5. Exclusive Binance Experience at TOKEN2049
In addition to the Rewards, the top five users ranked by their cumulative total purchasing volume across hotel, activity, and flight bookings for Dubai for travel dates between 12 April 2024 and 26 April 2024 on Travala.com using Binance Pay booked during 12 March 2024 and 10 April 2024 will each receive an exclusive invitation pass to the exclusive Binance experience at TOKEN2049 Dubai.
Travala.com will contact eligible winners via email at least 5 days before the TOKEN2049 Dubai event to facilitate the distribution of the event invitation passes to the exclusive Binance experience at TOKEN2049.
Invitation passes to the exclusive Binance experience at TOKEN2049 are non-exchangeable and cannot be distributed or sold separately. Invitation passes to the exclusive Binance experience at TOKEN2049 may not be used by the eligible winners for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions).
6. Travel Credits
Travel Credits received during the Campaign Period are treated as follows:
- Travel Credits may only be used to book flights, hotels, and activities on the Travala.com platform.
- Travel Credits are denominated in United States Dollars (USD), i.e. 1 Travel Credit = 1 USD.
- The Travel Credits offered in this Campaign expire 12 months from the date of issue.
- Travel Credits will not be substituted under any circumstances. Travel Credits will not be exchanged for cryptocurrency, cash, or any other form of consideration under any circumstances.
- Travel Credits are non-transferrable. If you attempt to exchange Travel Credits with another Travala.com member or anyone else, you risk the forfeiture of your Rewards and termination of your Travala.com account.
- You are solely responsible for all expenses related to the Rewards, including without limitation any and all local, state, and federal taxes.
- Please see the Travel Credit & Promo Credit Terms and Conditions for more information on Travel Credits. Please note that Travel Credits differ from Promo Credits.
7. Rights We Reserve
We reserve the right to cancel the Campaign or amend these Terms at any time and without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify anyone from the Campaign at any time at our sole discretion, including but not limited to where individuals tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or participation process of the Campaign or Website, or otherwise violate these Terms. By participating in this Campaign, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to participate in the Campaign and agree to accept our decisions as final and binding as they relate to the content of this Campaign.
8. Limitation of Liability
Your participation in this Campaign constitutes your agreement to release and hold harmless Travala Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Campaign and/or 1) your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Rewards or any portion thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorised intervention in any part of the participation process or the Campaign; 5) electronic error or human error in the Campaign administration or the processing of entries.
9. Governing Law
THIS CAMPAIGN IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF SINGAPORE AND WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. You agree, as a condition of participating in this Campaign, that if any disputes cannot be resolved between you and us, and if causes of action arise out of or are connected with this Campaign, they shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in Singapore having jurisdiction, without resorting to any form of class action. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall you be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses. You waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Information submitted as part of a booking to participate in the Campaign is subject to our Privacy Policy.
