1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Binance Blockchain Week Dubai 2025 Campaign (the “Campaign”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to the Terms contained herein. The Campaign is offered by Travala Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered address at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914 (“Travala.com”), and Nest Services Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Seychelles with registration number 238045 and address at House of Francis, Room 303, Ile Du Port, Mahe, Seychelles (“Binance”). In these Terms, references to “us”, “we” or “our” shall mean Travala.com and Binance. When we refer to “you”, “your” or “Participant” in these Terms, we mean any person or entity that participates in this Campaign. This Campaign is conducted pursuant to the Marketing Agreement entered into between Binance and Travala.com (the “Marketing Agreement”) dated 27 March 2025. To the extent unless modified in this Campaign, the provisions of the Marketing Agreement, including any rights, obligations, and limitations, shall apply. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Marketing Agreement, these Terms will govern solely for the purposes of this Campaign.
2. Eligibility
Only verified users from qualified countries or regions who have successfully registered for a Binance Pay account and Travala.com account (“Travala Account”) will be eligible to participate in the Campaign. For the purposes of this Campaign, a ‘verified user’ is a user who has successfully completed all verification requirements as mandated by Binance and/or Travala.com (as applicable) necessary to open a Binance Pay or Travala Account. Participants must be over eighteen (18) years of age to participate in the Campaign. Our employees, contractors, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, and directors, as well as the immediate family members of the aforementioned persons, are ineligible to participate in the Campaign. This Promotion does not apply in United Arab Emirates, Australia, Belgium, Bahrain, Canada, Cuba, Cyprus, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, British Indian Ocean Territory, Iran, Italy, Japan, North Korea, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Nigeria, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Portugal, Serbia, Russia, Singapore, Saint Helena, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, United States, Uzbekistan, Vietnam. Participation in the Campaign may be unavailable or restricted in certain other jurisdictions due to applicable laws, international sanctions programs, or our internal policies. The Campaign is void where prohibited by law.
3. Campaign Period
The Campaign begins on 31 October 2025 at 00:00 AM UTC and concludes on 3 December 2025 at 11:59 PM UTC (“Campaign Period”). To participate in the Campaign, the conditions specified in Clause 4 must be met within the Campaign Period.
4. Campaign Rewards
The Campaign provides rewards in the form of Travala.com travel credits (“Travel Credits”) for users who purchase a hotel, flight or activity booking for Dubai, United Arab Emirates, using Binance Pay via www.travala.com (the “Website”) or via the Binance mobile app during the Campaign Period for stay, flight or activity dates starting and concluding between 26 November 2025 and 10 December 2025. Bookings made via Travala.com’s concierge services, whether through concierge.io or through manual operations, are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. Payment may be made in any cryptocurrency available on Binance Pay at the time of your booking.
The Travel Credit rewards available are fifteen percent (15%) for all hotel and activity bookings in Dubai, and four percent (4%) for all flight bookings to Dubai (the “Rewards”). The Rewards are available to all Travala.com members, including standard members and Smart members, with the same Rewards applicable to all members regardless of membership status or tier. The Rewards are calculated on the final price of a booking, displayed immediately prior to the purchase or payment of each booking, less any applicable taxes and fees.
Smart members receive the Rewards in addition to their standard givebacks and discounts, as applicable. The Rewards will be credited to the wallet connected to the Participant’s Travala Account within twenty-one (21) days after conclusion of the Campaign Period. Bookings that are cancelled before the stay, flight or activity is completed for any reason will not be eligible to receive the Rewards. There is no limit on the maximum number of Rewards that each Participant can receive.
5. Travel Credits
Travel Credits received during the Campaign Period are treated as follows:
- Travel Credits may be used to pay for the full price or a portion of the price of eligible flights, hotels, and activities on the Website, the Travala.com mobile app, and concierge.io. They may be combined with other payment methods at checkout.
- Travel Credits are denominated in United States Dollars (USD), i.e., 1 Travel Credit = 1 USD.
- The Travel Credits offered in this Campaign expire twelve (12) months from the date they are credited to your Travala Account.
- Travel Credits are not refundable and will not be substituted under any circumstances. Travel Credits cannot and will not be exchanged for cryptocurrency, cash, or any other form of consideration.
- Travel Credits are non-transferrable. If you attempt to exchange Travel Credits with another Travala.com member or anyone else, you risk the forfeiture of your Rewards and/or termination or suspension of your Travala Account.
- You are solely responsible for all expenses related to the Rewards, including without limitation any and all local, state, and federal taxes.
- Please see the Travel Credit & Promo Credit Terms and Conditions for more information on Travel Credits. The use of all Travel Credits is subject to the General Terms & Conditions. Please note that Travel Credits differ from Promo Credits. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and the Travel Credit & Promo Credit Terms and Conditions or General Terms & Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.
6. Rights We Reserve
We reserve the right to cancel the Campaign or amend these Terms at any time and without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify anyone from the Campaign at any time at our sole discretion, including but not limited to where individuals abuse, exploit, tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or participation process of the Campaign or Website, or otherwise violate these Terms. By participating in this Campaign, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to participate in the Campaign and agree to accept our decisions as final and binding as they relate to this Campaign. As set out in the Marketing Agreement, Binance may terminate the Campaign or these Terms for convenience by providing Travala.com with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Except for liability which cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of each party (and its respective affiliates, partners, and representatives) arising out of or in connection with this Campaign, including the use or redemption of any Reward, shall in no event exceed the value of the Reward granted to the Participant (if any).
- Under no circumstances, and under no legal theory (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, warranty, or any other theory of liability), will you or we (or our respective affiliates, contractors, employees, agents, third-party partners, licensors, or suppliers) be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages (including loss of profits, data, or use or cost of cover) arising out of or relating to the Campaign, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- The limitations of liability in this Clause 7 do not apply to any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence; or (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with it, its subject matter or its formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
- As a condition of participating in this Campaign, you agree that any dispute, controversy or claim between you and us cannot be resolved between you and us arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Campaign (“Dispute”) shall first be attempted to be resolved confidentially and in good faith by Contacting Us. If the Dispute cannot be resolved through such manner, the Dispute shall be resolved exclusively before the courts of Singapore without regard to any choice or conflict of laws rules.
- All Disputes must be brought in a party’s individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff, claimant, or class member in any purported class, collective, representative, or private attorney general proceeding. You agree to waive any right for such Disputes to be brought, heard, or litigated as a class, collective, or representative action. The court shall not have jurisdiction to combine or consolidate individual claims into a single proceeding without the prior written consent of all parties to these Terms.
9. Privacy Policy
Information submitted as part of a booking to participate in the Campaign is subject to our Privacy Policy.
